the vm has great features
What do you like best about the product?
i am thrilled with that and I've been using it since 2020 it was very lightweight for me and their customer support is too good

i have no problem with that now and when I got stuck I will inform you

Effective Vulnerability Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface and quickly calls out and describes what risks may need to be addressed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The scanner tool is not easily customized to remove and add clients from the scanning environment. You need to engage an account manager to assist

Frontline allows us to see real-time vulnerabilities and address them in a streamlined fashion.

Auto-generated reports are helpful and the fact that they're emailed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scripting for website scans could be improved.

Keep our systems secure and in complaince.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is good overall. There are suggestions on how to fix each detected issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The active view page does not seem accurate. I correct issues on scans, then re-scan, and it goes away on the new scan, but it does not ever leave the active view for some reason.
The UI is good overall, but if you're looking at a vulnerability its tough to jump to systems affected.
I suspect there were one or two false positives on missing patches. The systems scanned had all of their patches. It eventually went away, and I dont seem to recall a patch job occuring between then and when it went away.

What do you like best about the product?
Frontline Vulnerability Manager provides sufficient asset and vulnerability dashboards and allows for the creation of detailed asset groups, as well as filtering that allows for customized viewing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited reporting features - I would appreciate if we were allowed to choose which specific columns we would want to be produced in the export of the csv report
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Frontline Vulnerability Manager scans our assets and allows for us to provide members of our company with detailed finding on what specific vulnerabilities need to be addressed on different systems.
Great Insight Tool for your environment
What do you like best about the product?
It provides a solution to the vulnerability if it is available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scan times can be extensive even when it is a single device.

It provides a low level vulnerability assessment of the devices within my environment.
Best interface that I have seen so far after working with several companies.

The interface and the ability to scan one IP address to see if a vulnerability has been fixed.

Being able to get customer support to get back to me when I have a question.

Vulnerability scanning is the issue that it is solving, I like the ease of the product and also the scanning of an individual machine.
I have had excellent experience working with Robert Bailey and Dallas.

Sometimes improvements or integration like to service was slow.

Frontline helps to keep our computers and servers patched and or fixed from threats and vulnerabilities

I like the simplicity over other vulnerability managers I have used.

Scan launch and end times can take a bit of time.

It gives clear insight into any gaps ther may be in our vulnarability management process.
Great Product, great support

Support is very helpful getting the scans to started. Once the network is scanned, the results provide information and solutions to resolve the findings.

No major issues have been found with the product

Auditors recommend internal audits for our customers. FrontLine allows us to scan and resolve issues.
