What do you like best about the product?
Straight forward options for deploying virtual machines. Easy to use and configure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Server booting time is too late. and some time GUI won't work properly

cost-effective. eliminated deploying multiple physical machines hence our cost is reduced.

VMware vCenter Review
What do you like best about the product?
Vcenter is one of the best software in virtual environment management. It gives many more funcionality to manage the hardware resource and allocation. It has best feature to manage multiple vshphere node in a single platform and mange the resource accordingly. It gives a sigle interface to manage multiple resources in one integrated system and also helpfull while integratting other thirdparty softwares like Veem backup and Replication software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not found any such things to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
one of the major benefit is funcionality to manage the hardware resource and allocation. It helped us to manage multiple numbers of hardware very easily and track them in very efficient manner. It is very easy to setup and connect multiple virtual machines in few steps.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I storngly recommend to others to use this system in their every data center.
Best solution for VM management
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things I like about vCenter is that we can manage everything from one platform only like managing virtual machines, networking, controlling hosts, datastore management, etc. vCenter is the best for an IT system administrator. The user interface is neat and clean that is easy to use and understand. I find it useful in managing resources and load balance that keeps everything working in perfect condition. It helps to set up easy as well as complex infrastructure components. The tool is handy and easy to manage my day-to-day work. Highly recommend it to the people working in IT system administration and infrastructure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the tool takes some time and becomes less responsive, we have to manually update the page to see the status. Management of multiple vCenter can be difficult. Rest all is good no more dislike commenters for vCenter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With this software, my works become productive and easy to maintain my all resources. With vCenter we can now virtualize our resources.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
vCenter is highly recommended to my colleagues and IT system administrators. This is one stop solution for all your resources management and infrastructure. Just go for it and virtualize all the needed resources easily. Thanks
A good VM manager
What do you like best about the product?
AWS is also having VMware Cloud which can always be a best pick. This web application can help us monitor for any system and also having a secure base. The OVF templates are very useful in distribution.

What do you dislike about the product?
When using with a moderate speed network I face some issue with the size of the virtual screen that we see.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main help is with the better management of Components. Also trouble shooting with the provided logs are helpful to understand the underlying the issues.
Good security management
What do you like best about the product?
This tool is handy for excellent security and maintains day-to-day tasks easily, and increases virtual machine infrastructure management features handy easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the administration pages are difficult to use that are not user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy for to manage more network virtual machines and their security and infrastructure.
vCenter makes managing VMware Easier
What do you like best about the product?
I like using vCenter to be able to bring all storage and hosts under one pane of glass and being able to manage it all. It is nice to be able to view the console of all machines as well instead of having to RDP or SSH into any of them. I do like having the integration of vCenter in our Veeam backup environment as well. It makes it so much easier to manage backups.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times vCenter can be slow if not used for a while I have noticed. I usually just deal with it. As all things technology, subscriptions and licensing tends to get pricey, but that is just one thing you cannot do without.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As said before, being able to manage all virtual machines in one spot makes it easier to manage them and saves time from having to use multiple programs to connect to the machines. Being able to use a web browser to connect to all of this makes it easier as well. Especially since it replaced the old C# client. The old desktop client was fast, but the HTML5 is about there, I would say. It is certainly better than the flash client that of course really doesn't work anymore.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend to others looking to use VMware to use vCenter to manage all hosts in one location and especially using HA. It does have a little added cost but undoubtedly worth it.
Centralized Solution
What do you like best about the product?
vCenter provides us the ability to monitor and manage all of our VMs in one central platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any issues with the vCenter solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before vCenter we were forced to log into each host individually to manage the VMs. With vCenter we are able to use a central solution.
