What do you like best about the product?
the accuracy of the services and the non stop supportive team

target group of the services provided are strictly IT professionals
nexmo should have few tools providing with some services not just an api key

as i mentioned there is an absolute accuracy of the services provided giving me that
it will never fail

Good API but uncertain deliverability

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use REST API for SMS that is quick for integration. Useful OTP API for US numbers to bypass a restriction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deliverability is not good for some countries e.g. Indonesia. Unable to set sender ID in some countries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending OTP for registration and 2FA, sending reminders

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to setup and use via API. Ability to view historical SMSs has come in handy. Auto payments mean I do not have to keep making deposits when it runs low.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have bumped my head against the throttling a few times, but have managed code around it. It could perhaps be eased over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mass communication with users who do not necessarily use email.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you send large numbers of SMSs at a time you will need to use a queue and delay to avoid throttling.

What do you like best about the product?
Been using Nexmo for about two years. In this time we were able to find how to best work with it and now are fully satisfied with Nexmo.
Nexmo is not expensive and is performing well for our customers all over the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding verification and why it failed can be a little tricke. Would be great to have larger log and search through intervals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Good price, easy integration and fast SMS delivery in most cases

Some times the SMS delivery takes too long with no information on the logs.

What do you like best about the product?
I use nexmo sms service for more than one year now, and have no complaint for it for the deliverance from nexmo side
What do you dislike about the product?
nexmo still must learn about our sms providers regulation here in Indonesia. because many sms didnt received by user and it is related to sms provider rules. for example: SIMPATI provider will not accept sms with certain words

What do you like best about the product?
I like the delivery speed, it's very instantaneous. As soon as the delivery status changes on my website, the message get's delivered. The rates are also cheap and affordable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now there is nothing that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Nexmo to update the customer whenever they place an order on my woocommerce website. When ever the status is updated, they receive a message. I have realized that the Nexmo is really fast.

Quick to Setup and Easy to use!!

What do you like best about the product?
We loved the ease of setting up the account and the great assistance provided by Team Nexmo.
The Language support and the ease of integrations is quite amazing with the ability to integrate with their APIs. The class of support provided by the SPoC at NEXMO is worth a mention as I have not come across any SMS provider going out of the way to ensure all is set for a smoother rollout of your deployments with an SMS provider. I also received quite some free credits from the Support team to cary out testing and that was quite a gesture to tell that they cared more about the customer than the mere price.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not any thing as such.

Would surely have loved better visualization of the metrics captured from sending the SMS. Also I suggest that you look into the way the Search messages/Analytics features are designed to provide easier use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Nexmo on a daily basis to send Promo and Transactional SMS to our Client's customers. The real time APIs enable a seamless connectivity between our systems and Nexmo. We use it for our enterprise customers on a regular basis to send out SMSs and I figured out that the delivery rates are over 98% as against my earlier provider where it was about 95%. This ensured better response rates for most of our Surveys administered via SMS and increased the volume of the responses by a little over 3%.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
One of the best in terms of the Support vs Pricing. I did a fair bit of research and have experience with other international providers like Nexmo and found them to be better in terms of the reliability of their platform and services.
