Good support, Not the best delivery rates
What do you like best about the product?
Support-team SLA and attitude, and Web Selfcare portal which is awesome, and Britt Barak <3
What do you dislike about the product?
Low and Unclear delivery receipts (some are network, some are to device - depending on network, without good documentation on which is which), No campaign management features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending SMSs around the world, One-Time passwords and apps invites.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of multiple keys (both for the throttling limits and better administration). Use callbacks from day 0. RTFM regarding sending A2P SMSs in USA and Canada.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use platform. Works fast. Great experience with the support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would recommend to build a better and easy GUI.

Easy text communication to my customers

Recommended. Lots of options to setup.
Great range of APIs/DID and Great support
What do you like best about the product?
Support is great, most countries supported. Can use API's or Trunks, SMS, FAX, and Voice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price, the prices are low, but it is hard to estimate for me and include inbound and outbound for voip service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nice API's for communicating with customers via SMS or Voice.

Very good and stable enviroment

What do you like best about the product?
The quality of service is Nexmo's is what makes Nexmo great. I have been impressed with the delivery rate to international mobile carriers which has left our customers very satisfied. The support has been excellent. the support team is very responsive and knowledgeable. Nexmo support can find a resolution for an issue rather quickly. Nexmo also provides a great amount of documentation which is very useful.The statistics are a great feature. You can get real time statistics with Nexmo. That's something many SMS provider do not have.
What do you dislike about the product?
The rates are higher than I would for an SMS provider. But Nexmo can assist their customers in special cases. When starting the service you can only prepay which makes things a bit clumsy. We had an issue with the payment processor not accepting credit card payments after while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a customer requiring 2FA for a special application. Nexmo's service provide the ability for us to provide the service an meet out customer's expectations. Nexmo's service works well.

Excellent service if you seeking a high quality SMS provider.

I had some special requests that I needed to contact someone to help me with. I received answers by email quickly and my issues were resolved to my satisfaction and very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could've handled my issue myself, but it was not a big deal to have to contact someone.

Nexmo is great for having extra phone numbers for various business purposes.

Nexmo is one of BNESIM's best partners. Amazing quality of service, reactive support.

Absolutely nothing. Everything is working very well.

We use Nexmo's services for all our outgoing SMS, for some voice services and for the incoming numbers (DID) in some countries.
SMS notifications from Laravel made easy
What do you like best about the product?
As a newbie to web development, I found that setting up and configuring my application to use NEXMO was a painless process
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had some issues with notifications saying "delivered", but the SMS was not actually received. I logged a call with support and the response was quick and the issue has been resolved ....

What do you like best about the product?
Simple API, easy to integrate with existing notification functionality in your Laravel apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor issue is that on new accounts, it is easy to reach the maximum amount to top up the account. It took a few days to get a support response to enable to increase account spend (we're fairly big spenders)
