What do you like best about the product?
The possibility of having a virtual number, in order to send SMS to my customers

What do you like best about the product?
Nexmos have a very simple set of API functions in their SMS offering, the consumable costs are in-line with the best value on the Market and the availability of numbers and regions is impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The SDK for PHP is confusing and has what seems to be two unfinished versions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use automated SMS to remind customers of meetings with their clients, it has reduced no-shows for appointments that cost the business an unacceptable loss.

allowing customers to send a message via in-App, email and SMS via the same interface.
Nexmo is our SMS platform
What do you like best about the product?
Super Easy Integration to our CRM system (Zoho CRM). Nexmo is connected to our backbone CRM and allow us to send SMS and notifications to our users and customers. We realised our users don't read emails but they do read every SMS.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are unable to mass SMS users for marketing purpose. The Nexmo plugins doesnt allow mass SMS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have finally solved the communication issue. When a customer purchase a service on our website, we immediately send them an SMS via Nexmo and that allows us to notify immediately that his purchased service is available. We do also send emails ... but emails get lost, go to spam filter or simply are not read.

If you are looking to integrate a SMS platform into your CRM, Nexmo is the perfect solution
By moving to Nexmo, we moved from 80% of our messages being delivered to 99.9%

Nexmo APIs are amazing. We have never experienced any issue or delay. Nexmo user interface is simple and effective.

SMS sending price depends on the target network. Honest but sometime difficult to explain to customers

Our web app uses text messages to communicate with users. By moving to Nexmo, we moved from 80% of our messages being delivered to 99.9%.
Simplicity with a purpose
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using nexmo for a year now and their customer support, sales team and the overall API in general is what made me stixk with the team. Backed by great documentation and a super simple yet full fledged API, nexmo's team helped me build my application with relative ease.

Absolutely nothing. The entire experience has been nothing short of perfect.

Our group calling application Patch brings unique features to the calling experience. The nexmo platform enables us to deliver cutting edge voice at the best possible rates.

The flexibility of the system and API is great. Nexmo offers an easy way to get an SMS enabled application up and running in next to no time.

It's a little bit harder to get in touch with the sales team at Nexmo.

Using Nexmo we were able to build a disaster notification system.

Easy and cool platform, it's fast and complete! What I value most is the quality of the support as well as the service.

Some part in the UI and the boring-slow recharge method. Making the interface simpler and easier to send invoices maybe making them available immediately on the site.

The many request of sms delivery is now complete thanks to Nexmo, I can deliver a lot of sms with in a few! As of today, I am able to fulfill customer requests in a short time, it is also implemented with our systems and we are able to sell the service by offering a better product thanks to this precious resource.

Nexmo is easy to use and performs like few other companies in the industry. Ease of use and quality of support make the platform a reliable partner to work with.
