Service works well, dashboard could use some work
What do you like best about the product?
Uptime is great, we've never had a downtime that I'm aware of. The API is also easy to work with and offers plenty of functionality,
What do you dislike about the product?
Dashboard. The UI isn't the best, information is hard to get out of it. Would be great if you could bill in USD instead of Euros, as we're in the US.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transnational messaging, quickly contact customers for urgent matters, and sending order updates

What do you like best about the product?
I use Nexmo to send sms for notifications of a site we are very satisfied! Through Api it is very easy to use the SMS service completely customizable via the dashboard. Fast and functional it does its job well. Intuitive control panel. All the macro categories are well organized. Work in this way is facilitated. The documentation is well written. Customer service responds quickly. I have yet to try the voice service, but I'm sure it will be as good as the SMS service.
There is email notification when I am reaching the spending threshold. The Profile section is also well organized. The invoices can be downloaded after you make the recharge with paypal. I can add other users to my profile. There is also the possibility of using coupons to get discounts. In short, a complete service available to us. Nexmo works really well ! ! !

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to say because I find a great product nexmo. Maybe I would raise the money loading fee for the account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed in communication between studio and customers. Our customers receive our communications via SMS in real time. They can be connected to the reserved area to check all the documents loaded from the central study. We are therefore able to have a better relationship with our customers. It was our goal to find a way to communicate instantly with customers.

No easy way to see when SMS with Hellenic (Greek) characters overflowed to 2nd or 3rd SMS due to character set.

The easiness of getting started - I needed to demonstrate that our product could deliver real time smss and I was able to do this quickly with nexmo

I am not able to get a South African number and also the smss don't get sent from the same number every time

We are getting feedback from our customers on the level of service we've provided them and are able to improve our services based on this

The service is reliable and works most of the time

Extremely awful support. Sometimes it takes over a week just to get a simple reply.

The quality of the lines are good, but expensive. The support is simply horrible!!!
A great product
What do you like best about the product?
Easy integration to our CRM and competitive communication cost.. We've been able to use Nexmo in conjunction with others tools to create different calls scenario that matched our need. Support is also helpful and answer quickly. Integration took less then a week to go from testing to production with the help from the support. No complains about the quality of the calls, this is a huge improvement after trying many competitors where there was many issues like delays and echo during the calls. The number of calls per seconds is high enough so we do not have to worry about loads issues. Auto-recharge of credits is great so we do not have to worry about recharging and blocking our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Logs searching and statistics could be improved. It's also lacking real time viewing and calls monitoring. The WebRTC API is not yet available on a stable release so we had to use an external solution, but it should be released within months. The invoice system only allow to receive invoice by mail instead of being directly available on the account. A monthly invoice could also be useful instead of having one invoce for every recharge.

We needed a way for our customer to make calls for marketing purposes. Using Nexmo, we've been able to add click-to-call features into our web plateform, enabling outgoing calls for our customers using WebRTC and mobile.

Integration with the Nexmo API is simple and straightforward, and the pricing in almost all the countries is the best we found.
