What do you like best about the product?
We integrated their solution into our product and we are super satisfied! Very good service, very good prices and very good UX. I recommend them 100%
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike. The only problem I have is that when we will have more users at the moment we can not have different keys for them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a platform for Call Centers and with Nexmo we were able to integrate their solution into our product. Because of that - our platform became better,

What do you like best about the product?
It is very simple to implement API and it work smoothly. International services also.
What do you dislike about the product?
SMS prices changes often so it is hard to calculate our services offer to end users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are making automated calls in case of alarms. It is critical application and we are happy to choose Nexmo

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very straight forward and easy to use. API documentation is solid as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would love to have better international coverage with local phone numbers and toll-free options.

We use it to survey our customers, verify phone numbers, and make international calls

What do you like best about the product?
Besides Nexmo is very easy to integrate, it's a fast SMS gate way with great realtime insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think their platform is worth it, though the price per SMS is relative high. So for mass use you need to check competitors

Direct communication with your client and instant notifications

What do you like best about the product?
The documentation is pretty good. It's a bit messy, but it exists and is VERY detailed. It allows you to make good decisions regarding regions and GEOs
What do you dislike about the product?
For high level sending, I'd compare prices to each geo before sending. good EU prices, but that's pretty much it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We send SMS and allow our clients to send SMS through their product.

What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to set up and get going. Especially when Nexmo provide lots of code snippets example that I can use to tweak easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point. Nothing much really. It works well

Nexmo allows me to send SMS easily with clear indication of whether the SMS is sent.

What do you like best about the product?
The speed. Amazing spped for the price. They also have many more localized numbers for rent that competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
All pricing is calculated in Euros. I don't use Euros, so the conversion is just a nuisance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Critical emergency communications to onscene and responding responders

What do you like best about the product?
We are using nexmo at our startup for sending SMS, and automatic phone calls, for multiple purposes. I must admit that Nexmo have an outstanding service (We never had a problem related to their platform), an amazing documentation for their APIs, and an excellent customer support. All in all, I am very satisfied with Nexmo, and would not consider switching to another platform
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything. Nexmo seriously overachieved themselves on all the levels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Automated SMS for user validation.
- Automated phone calls for user validation.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to integrate Nexmo into our architecture and great deliverability. Fair pricing and easy billing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pretty much nothing. Deliverability in China isn't as great as local providers, but service works as advertised and is fairly priced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Nexmo for internal notifications and alerts to our dev ops team and 2FA message sending to users.
