This solution is great but I would really appreciate to have it integrate directly in tools that Im using like Instapage or Unbounce

not much, the product is very easy to set up and use

The APIs provide lots of great and easy to use functionality that aid in creating an SMS service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain API documentation is lacking explicit error types and responses, so debugging errors can sometimes be difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Interacting with customers through SMS can be much more direct and quicker than traditional emails.

Provides a working SIP telephone number at a great price. Easy to configure, as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I dislike so far. Still in testing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Testing for a potential change from a POTS phone system to a SIP based IP-PBX. Still very early in testing, but simple configuration is a huge benefit.

Ability to process phone calls and route to Lex.

Very complex workflow made development difficult.

Set it and forget it.

There is a perfect simplicity to setup and configuration.

Nothing. There was a perfect mix of walking me through the process and fitting all my needs.

Notifications to passengers about delayed or cancelled sailings. Passenger satisfaction is up, call center calls are down.

I really like that the SMS sending part is more faster compare to SMS by amazon for example.
Also the support is amazing, for any question I had i got answered straight away

almost nothing. maybe if i could get a weekley or monthly report about successs and failures to the email it would help me monitor the service i get.

What do you like best about the product?
Our Account Rep Bobby and the Tech Oscar are amazing. They were helpful in both resolving my issues when I had them and providing support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The trouble ticket system is a bit outdated and can be updated. I also would prefer a more streamlined phone support system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved the problem of inferior Voice Quality. When the quality of your termination is top level, customers will flock to you as you will build a reputation. That could not have been accomplished without Nexmo and it's staff.

Simple and developer-friendly service
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Nexmo is the simplicity of their offering and documentation. Other competing are way too complicated, sometimes overloaded with unnecesary features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nexmo international pricing is not very competitive. Also sometimes it is subject to big changes. For example, the cost of a Spain phone number increased from €0.50/month to €4/month in the past two years

I use Nexmo for a custom IVR system and has been the best solution I found so far.

I haven't used all the features yet to know the things I dislike.
