Works well internationally

What do you like best about the product?
Nexmo is fairly easy to use and my developers overseas recommended it. It's very cost effective as well. I hadn't heard of this platform but was pleasantly surprised when I learned that Nexmo is part of Vonage, which is a very well-known telecom brand.
What do you dislike about the product?
My developers were overseas and there were a few challenges in testing Nexmo in their country vs. in the United States. Eventually they figured it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were creating an automated text for a digital product and the service worked well once we figured out the initial glitch.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'm not the developer, but make sure that your developer understands how to use the system and how you plan on utilizing the service.

What do you like best about the product?
The service that allow my costumers validate they accounts with an activation code

That sometimes my costumers doesn’t not receive the SMSs

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the user web interface. It’s really easy to use. And it provides all the information Inneed to know about my messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I could say I dislike. Is that sometimes my SMS messages doesn’t reach my costumers. But it’s very rare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m using Nexmo to verify phone numbers via SMS and phone calls. The benefit I get is that it costs less than the competence. And I receive a very good service.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is the best choice to handle your SMS requirements!

What do you like best about the product?
We count on SMS delivery in multiple countries. Nexmo appears to have good carrier relations and deliverability in all the countries we service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their reporting could be improved, it's not the most robust, but I think they'll eventually get there with more and more reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nexmo makes it easy to delivery SMS messages. Their documentation is straight forward and easy to integrate into Ruby - which was crucial for us to get up and running quickly.

Nexmo APIs are very easy to use. Several programming languages are supported

Support takes time to solve an issue and email is the only channel to contact them

We help our clients automate and speed up their processes. And not having to maintain any communication infrastructure has helped to reduce costs and be more agile.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent customer service and affordable pricing make Nexmo a consideration for product(s) offered.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfriendly UI requiring knowledge a typical user for said services shouldn’t be required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Despite the challenging UI, I’ve managed to leverage their size (re. Vintage) and the support to help as required.

Bridging the gap between telephony and business applications. Nexmo has enabled us to integrate and run solutions from a single integrated platform.

What do you like best about the product?
We were able to create links so our customers could communicate with our employees securely without divulging their personal numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been unable to create a single solution for all communication platforms. So each mode has to have it's own (i.e. email, sms, voice)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customers and Employees can connect without revealing personal numbers which could have consequences.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Nexmo has many tools available to integrate communications into your in house applications. We are using SMS and voice and have had numerous compliments on the service.
