What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility, extremely useful for making project schedules. Convenient access options with different levels of access for all Project team and some other relevant personnel
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some minor issues with transferring from and to MS Project. Some functionality is missing compares to MS Project

I appreciate Smartsheet's intuitive design, which makes it exceptionally easy to use. The platform's functionality allows me to work collaboratively with colleagues, share information seamlessly, and ensure that no crucial data is lost as everyone can view and contribute new information efficiently. Furthermore, I find Smartsheet visually functional, which enhances my day-to-day workflow. The initial setup was straightforward, making it hassle-free to integrate into my tasks. Overall, these features provide a satisfying and efficient experience, and I would rate my likelihood of recommending Smartsheet a strong 9 out of 10.

It's very flexible and you can mould it as much as you want

It looks quite similar to Excel so maybe a new interface would be nice

I find Smartsheet to be a reliable tool for record keeping, offering a dependable way to store information securely. Its user-friendly nature stands out, making it accessible and straightforward to navigate, which eases the learning curve for new users like my team. Although we haven't fully utilized all its features yet, the basic storage functions already meet our current needs efficiently. I also appreciate that many of the setups within Smartsheet were pre-configured, which simplified the initial setup process for me, contributing to a hassle-free start. Overall, Smartsheet has proven to be a useful and supportive tool in managing and organizing our data.

What do you like best about the product?
We needed something that allows us to maintain a database and conduct surveys. It can do both. The system is relatively easy to use. We use it very frequently with involving many people as guest users, and we don't have any trouble with that.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system is not very flexible. It would be nice to have more flexibility on the survey forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a database of potential partners and a tool for conducting surveys. Other solutions on the market are overpriced or have insufficient tools and flexibility. The Smartsheet offers a reliable solution for a reasonable price.

Everything stays in one place, updates in real time, and it’s simple for anyone on the team to jump in and collaborate. It basically gives me the structure of a spreadsheet with the power of a full project-management platform

Conditional formatting comes across as quite basic. I often find myself wanting greater control and a wider range of styles, but the available options remain fairly simple. The mobile app also feels somewhat restricted. When I access a sheet on my phone, I quickly notice that I can't make all the adjustments I would normally do on the desktop version.
