Essential Every Day System.
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is extremely user friendly and allows me to view everything at a manageable level. It also gives me indicators on work that I need to follow up on which provides a higher working service.
I use this all day every day in my job so it is a critical tool to allow me to do my job.

What do you dislike about the product?
I cant really fault anything that Smartsheet provides, perhaps as I am not an administrator I cant get full access.

Maintains all the financial figures that allows us to report confidently to higher management.

Streamlined Scheduling, Instantly Effective
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Smartsheet allows us to bring scheduling in-house, enabling immediate updates and revisions without the need to wait weeks as we did with our previous outside scheduler using P6. The transition from P6 was not overly difficult, and the ability to make on-the-fly changes significantly enhances our workflow efficiency. I appreciate that it enables real-time updates, allowing field personnel to update daily and helping us address procurement needs accurately. This capacity to view and update project statuses in real-time drastically improves our ability to track project schedules, manage lead times effectively, and overall satisfy our project management requirements. Additionally, I find its simplicity and affordable pricing to be a major factor in its appeal and utility, contributing to why I would choose it again. The help feature in Smartsheet is also vital in facilitating ease of use, further enhancing the overall experience.

I use Smartsheet to update schedules in real-time, allowing field personnel to update daily and manage procurement needs, replacing reliance on a third party. It helps in tracking the project schedule and makes necessary revisions instantly.
Flexibility and Visibility Boost with Smartsheet
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Smartsheet for approximately twelve months, primarily for product, project, and portfolio management. What stands out most about Smartsheet is its flexibility and ease of use, which was a pivotal factor in its selection over other vendors. The product allows me to quickly and easily build reports and dashboards from data, which is incredibly useful. Furthermore, the ability to connect through automations and blueprinting to establish a system without needing any coding knowledge is invaluable. I also find the engagement from the Smartsheet team, including the sales team and customer success team, particularly commendable. Scott Enver, who worked with us to develop our solution, provided excellent support. Their involvement in the consultancy process was brilliant, and the end product that we created together is fantastic. The solutions developed in Smartsheet have allowed us to systemize our project and portfolio management, providing us with full visibility on where our portfolio programs are at—a significant improvement from our previous capabilities. This systemization brought a step change in our capability, garnering positive feedback from our leadership team, particularly regarding the dashboard experience and its future potential.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the use of the control center in Smartsheet to be somewhat rigid. It lacks flexibility, especially when it comes to making global changes across templates in our projects. Although some capability exists, I feel that it could be enhanced significantly to allow for easier and more widespread modifications. This would improve the overall experience, as Smartsheet offers a lot of flexibility on an individual basis, but not as much when attempting to apply changes globally throughout a designed solution.

Smartsheet has provided our team with systemized project and portfolio management, enhancing our capability with full visibility on portfolio progress. This has led to positive feedback from leadership and improved dashboard experiences.
Effortless to Use with Powerful Sheet Connections and Workflows
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use. I love the fact that you can connect multiple sheets to each other and create workflows

The price, should be cheaper, believe there are other tools available for the same purposes.

User-Friendly, Versatile, and Cloud-Based—But Limited for Complex Sheets
What do you like best about the product?
i love that it's on the cloud and updates automatically + can be shared easily. the optics of Smartsheet are very user-friendly and sleek. It is nice to open it every day and get an overview of how things are progressing on a project. I enjoy how a sheet can be used in many versatile ways and add so many options. i haven't used all the features but i like knowing that there's a library of resources. There are a lot of answers available on smartsheets support. my favourite feature is how the formulas are explained and show you how to use them correctly. it is much neater and refined than a drive folder and you can integrate a lot of different file purposes and functions well. Overall the software is easy to pick up and can be easily implemented across a whole team.
What do you dislike about the product?
you can't make super complicated sheets on Smartsheet like you can on excel; for example, a financial costing sheet can be more challenging to build. the columns and rows can make things a bit restricted and have to think hard to find a creative way to build what i want on a sheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As part of a large global team, we need to be able to access files and updates simultaneously, while flagging even the minutest of changes to certain team members. we also have a lot of inputs coming in every day which need to be managed and displayed clearly. Smartsheets is great for tracking multiple things that can be cumulatively and separately be displayed on a dashboard for specific outcomes. Creating this visual set up has been great for our team productivity and checks ins. also, the automation features save a lot of time and hassle! lastly, it is easy to use for our external clients as well.
Intuitive and Flexible—Smartsheet Makes Team Workflow Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
I myself am not a full user of Smartsheet, I am the IT Technician and only do user management (permissions, licenses, etc..). But from all feedback I've heard from my colleagues, it's a great tool that let's you easily keep track of tasks, pending orders.. you name the use you want to give this tool.
Also from what I hear, it's quite easy to use and also intuitive. It gives a few liberties that similar tools don't offer ;). Our team uses it everyday for their workflow with minimal assistance from me (IT GURU) because it just works.

So far I don't have anything bad to say about the tool. Like I said in the in the 'like' section, it just works.

It's giving our users an easy way to keep track of purchasing orders, material tracking, non conformity requests management, among other things.

What do you like best about the product?

Limited integration with Microsoft 365 tools like Outlook and Teams makes it harder to fully align with our existing collaboration ecosystem. Enhanced native connectors or tighter synchronization with these tools would greatly improve workflow efficiency.

Great for Collaboration and Support, But Not Always Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
It is great to be able to work with a lot of people, and customer support is great when we need help. I use smartsheet every day and we have huge documents that are easy to understand.

I think it is not always intuitive, sometimes I have to search how to do things in a document.
