What do you like best about the product?
Stable - not a lot of issues with the tool. Supporting users is easy and not complicated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some minor issues with browser compatibility. For example pop up blockers, security scripts, etc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple teams are utilizing the tool. Sales, Care, legal and now even our UX team using conga. The benefits is the all digital solution, easy to use and access.

What do you like best about the product?
That documents can be stored in one central place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not always user friendly, duplicates. No ability to bulk download documents. Too many steps to access a contract (too many clicks). You have to search multiple ways for a file using a * before creating a new company only to find out the company is there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

You have to search multiple ways for a file using a * before creating a new company only to find out the company is there. Too many uneccesary sales features. I work in Not for profit, we are not a sales company but enter to into contracts with business associates. The features are more tailored to a company involved in sales.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Bulk downloading of files is helpful. Allowing a preview of a document without having to fully dowload would also save time.

What do you like best about the product?
The automated contract management pieces that allow for standard and custom template and clause maintenance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The speed of the system in it's abilities to do the above functionality. Would like the system to be faster for updating clauses and such.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Central contract management issues such as updating our T&C's and standardizing contract across the company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want an end to end contract management system that works with your CRM system, this is the best one I've used in my experience.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create, negotiate and revise contracts securely in one place and have a history of it as well as its recursive merge ability.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike its occasional slowness when generating a contract.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining our company's quote generation, legal agreements and clause bundles process. Improved efficiency and notable time-savings as well as providing us with a one stop shop for our contracts management process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great app that provides huge time-savings and reduction in errors regarding contracts.

What do you like best about the product?
Sky is almost the limit with this software. Not only I can view the expired contracts, who used to manage them, but all my current ones are available in one click. What I like the most is the different event reminders I can set up as well as the library clauses that I can create which can streamlines our contracts and be used as a Playbook for contract clauses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the creation of the contract templates (the merge fields and als) very hard. Also setting up this software (since you need to customize it according to your company profile and standards) can be strenuous.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No need to create manual lists of contracts or remember to which department to send certain lists of contracts. You can schedule those reports in advance. Moreover, our department no longer needs to review each single contact as there are accepted library clauses that the users can go look at in order to set up basic contracts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This system will really help you streamline your procedures.

Excellent contract management platform

What do you like best about the product?
The absolute best part of the Conga is the Contract Tree functionality. Being able to look at all contracts for a specific customer and see the contract hierarchy is great. For years, we would spend more time trying to figure out which contracts rolled up under the various Masters, Addendums, etc, then we did reviewing the contracts. On top of this, the whole platform is vary intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see better functionality when searching for specific terms within contracts. For instance, if I wanted to see all contracts that contained specific audit provisions, I can search for these terms, but the results are hard to sift through, can't be filtered to drill down to the specific contracts that I'm interested in, and the results cannot be exported to Excel, PDF, or any other external format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have consolidated all of our contracts across the enterprise into one platform. Before, we had contracts spread out across a multitude of network folders and SharePoint sites and trying to keep track of them and keep them organized was almost impossible.

They are great partners who want their customers to succeed. They never hesitate to go the extra mile to deliver on the requirements
What do you dislike about the product?
Process, manual creation of sandboxes, no ability to clone the production environment. The manual steps take a very long time to spin up a sandbox and that too has only limited features

What do you like best about the product?
The workflow capabilities allow various departments to interact at once, saving time and improving efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are hidden or complex. While there is a good deal of guidance available online, seeking guidance can be time consuming. There is room for the product to be more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contracts and overall vendor relationships are better organized and maintained. Quick access to files and timely renewals/terminations are some of the most significant benefits.

Be sure several members of your team are trained on this product at implementation.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer Support is the best I've ever experienced. Not only do they respond quickly with resolution, they'll follow up with a phone call to make sure it was all understood. Amazing user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system is a bit rigid and education around the pieces we can't change to fit our business has been challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contract workflow, contract repository. Accountability!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Data migration should be a higher priority of the sales team. It's a huge undertaking that needs to be addressed at the start of discussions surrounding implementation for the tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Setup process is very thorough and functionality is rather complete. There is also a good amount of flexibility to push limits on use cases to help manage contracts in alignment with business needs
What do you dislike about the product?
Setup process can be a bit tedious, documentation could definitely be better. A wizard based solution (similar to Conga Solutions for composer) would be very useful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contract Management, Redlining, Opening up visibility into our Contract Negotiation process to key business users

Good for a lightweight solution. The price makes it competitive compared to other options that are currently available on the market
