What do you like best about the product?
I like the layout, the home screen with all of my metrics, the menu on the side. The ease of requesting time off is convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I can say I don't like is the inability for me, an L1 agent, to filter my metrics in the Reports section. Also, a lot of the summaries to the right of the scores on the Scorecard Overview section are too small for me to be able to look at breakdowns and there's no way to make it bigger.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only problem I can say it is solving is making it easier for contact centers and their employees to communicate and facilitate customer service.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that your views/tabs get saved in the cache so that next time it opens up properly. You can customize your view and always be comfortable with getting into work.

The many view options and intuitive UI is great. Customer support is made easy with the built in translator.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is an indicator notification for channels that you do not get assigned to that is impossible to disable without removing permissions. This is the biggest downside of using the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr provides a place to have all your social media platforms in one place, it makes it easy to understand whether a message is a comment or PM.

What do you like best about the product?
The sprinklr service has many perks. I really appreciate the real time call transcript, and the ability to see more customer information while on the same screen. I love being able to access workflows and decision trees on live cases. I'm also happy to have the ability to chat with agents real time during their cases instead of having to leave sprinklr to another chat platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ring tone is not great, but that is a minor concern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting to see a real time call transcript allows me to catch what I didn't hear from the audio, and is great for when you need to catch a phone number, email, or order number. Also, a lot of education material is housed for my team in Sprinklr now, so it's less clicks outside of the sprinklr window.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprinklr has almost everything I need for work right inside the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes! I enjoy the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr is almost an all-inclusive service that my company uses, I can find probably 60% of what I need throughout my workday on Sprinklr.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinklr is easy to navigate and compatible with some social media channels, I use sprinklr every day, several times a day to build ads. It is particularly good for Tiktok.The customer support is useful and you recieve emails about pacing of campaigns that you may not have noticed otherwise.
What do you dislike about the product?
it can be difficult to implement Sprinklr when you have been used to native platforms as it looks different to platforms like Pinterest and snapchat, and not all the features always pull through to the native platforms, it difficult to integrate Sprinklr throughout other platforms

What do you like best about the product?
I like the new system update with only receiving three chats at a time because it makes it easier to assist customers and I like the new 10 minute timer based on the customers activity. Before when receiving 6 chats it became over whelming and harder to focus on each customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that we do not get visually notified of new chats when they first come in. I also do not like the extra sound notifications either. When people first chat in, even if they have not texted, we should get a visual notification that they are a new chat. The same way as when they reply back to a message. Also with the sound notifications I believe we should only receive sound notifications when they reply back or when we get a new chat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the automated AI recommended message suggestions

Helpful tool for managing customer service

What do you like best about the product?
It helps make support work easier. The case management is smooth: automatically create or link cases quickly for different channels. The supervisor console is also helpful, as it shows team activity on one screen. The rule engine saves time by handling repeated tasks on its own. Reporting and analytics are also good for tracking how we are doing and where we can improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels a bit slow, especially when loading large reports or switching between screens, few features take time to learn in the beginning. Also, some settings are not very easy to find and need extra clicks which could be simplified with user friendly UI
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to reply to customer questions on social media. It helps us respond faster, track all cases in one place, and not miss any messages. It also saves time with automation and helps managers see team performance and take actions in real time.

What do you like best about the product?
We can keep track of all the metrics, surveys and so on. I think it's very comprehensive and helps a lot in our day-to-day work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Be more intuitive, sometimes Sprinklr AI doesn't translate messages completely or at all.

We can access everything on the same platform, control metrics, surveys and quality evaluations.
