What do you like best about the product?
Being able to have all the necessary tools for managing everything related to social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some sections are not very intuitive and the interface is somewhat outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integration of AI is not useful at all, the phrases it generates and responses are mostly incorrect.

What do you like best about the product?
The practicality, dynamics, and intuition of the platform. A platform that allows for daily use in a quick and practical way. It is easy to reprogram, customize, and reorganize.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notification sound is a bit annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the moment we do not identify any problem.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it gave us more ways to contact the customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that it does not automatically close the live chat and WhatsApp cases after 24 hours.

it's solving the customers bot interactions more easily

What do you like best about the product?
The ease and speed in updating data and communicating with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it very difficult to access some parameters, but nothing that ruins the experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It resolves 90% of communication problems, mainly due to the speed and quickness with which messages are received and sent to the client.

What do you like best about the product?
I can add audience in bulk which is a good thing, so far i have used it for linkedin where i can add job titles and other things in one go without adding manually one by one.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the dashboard a bit complicated, and the errors which comes related to budget and pacing control while we publish the campaign
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I basically handle digital advertising platforms through sprinklr which is actually a good to go to handle all the dashboards at one single stop, which reduces the dependency on other individual dashboards

What do you like best about the product?
I can review my schedules day by day. It's easy to know what activity follows next.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system fails, I rarely review functions that it surely must have, since we don't receive full training on it, only basic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think that some scheduling problems also have to do with the workforce team.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to interact people from over the world and being able to provide assistance to them through this great platform

Not being able to edit or erase a message we already sent

Sprinklr created a interactive platform that allows LATAM airlines to communicate with their customers in a easy and well oriented manner

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinklr has a lot of options, the ability to view previous conversations, the canned responses, the chimes, the countdowns for how long your chats have been waiting. It is very helpful when assisting customers. I use this software for 8 hours a day 5 days a week for my full time job.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how you cant double click in the message to copy without bringing up a big widget. The generate summary is off half the time and unable to use that function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr service makes it easy to communicate with customers and do my job.

What do you like best about the product?
The options it has available. You can create your own texts and responses
What do you dislike about the product?
That you have to click on the text box again to write another response after sending one. I wish it would just let you continue writing in the box and send another message
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have taken into consideration the voice of the associates and what we are looking for then making accommodations and implementing changes to fit our needs

What do you like best about the product?
All channels in one place, fast performance, easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes its not possible to see the whole conversation directly in sprinklr and then I have to go check Facebook (click on the time stamp) to see the context. This happens when customers talk in the comment section.

The search engine is not the best - e.g. when I search for a customer, I do not find cases just from people with thix exact name which makes it hard to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring all channels in one place is a big benefit
