What do you like best about the product?
The convenience of access and features & it's easy to navigate

When multiple users use the same reporting tab you have to consatntly refresh
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to use the platform to gain visibility on all social media platforms which helps assist customers more efficiently

What do you like best about the product?
How simply they make it to ineract with customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just some minor glitches like the sound goes off randomly, or when my coworker sends a response, I'll get the sound on my end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it easier everday to respond to customers quickly and easily.

Organized and beginner user friendly

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinklr Service is easy for users because of its neat layout. I don't feel overwhelmed by the amount of buttons and settings available to me. It is easy to navigate between cases and the dark mode feature is a great way to give your eyes a break.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notifications pop up over the bar listing case options like 'Apply Case Macro' as well as the bar where you set your availability. This can be distracting when multiple cases are getting approved or rejected back to back. Of course there is the option to turn of notifications but then you aren't able to see ahead of time if a canned response has been rejected. I also think that the order of how the cases come in could be clearer or more organized. When your case is awaiting a response it can get bounced to another customer agent and vice versa. It should just come back to you regardless of whether or not you already have 7 cases or have put yourself to unavailable or break. This feature could use some refinement. Solving these issues would make working flow better between all agents and approvers.

Sprinklr Service allows us to respond to inquiries in real time and deliver great customer service to travelers by answering their questions and listening to their concerns.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the standout features of Sprinklr Service is its intuitive, user-friendly interface, which significantly streamlines the process of managing social media interactions. Multi-Platform Integration, Comprehensive Analytics, Collaboration Tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Sprinklr Service is a powerful tool for social media management, there are a few areas that could be improved. Technical issues and downtime occasionally disrupt workflows, and the reminder functionality is limited, mainly available to supervisors rather than agents. Marking interactions as spam is not intuitive, which can lead to clogged queues. The search filters for finding assigned cases or agent-specific interactions need enhancement for better usability. Additionally, Navigating the interface can be complex for some users, and the cost of the service may be prohibitive for smaller organizations or those with budget constraints. Addressing these issues could greatly enhance the overall user experience and efficiency of Sprinklr Service.

Sprinklr Service addresses the challenges of managing multiple social media interactions, tracking customer issues, and analyzing engagement metrics. What do you like best about the product?
I like the way it's organized. Easy to understand and efficient when giving commands.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I have two go through 2 steps to download files. It'd be nice to just click once to download a file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the filtering of cases, hiding comments whenever needed and assigning tickets as expected to advocates handling Sprinklr.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform helps me visualize different customer responses in one place, streamlining my service. The interface is very intuitive, which aids in the ease of service, especially when there is high demand.

The tags help us in categorizing the services and mapping the instabilities.

I also like to track my productivity live.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform shows instability or takes a long time to load tickets when there is high demand, which can impact response time and also affects the customer experience.

Searching by name, CPF, or specific terms yields no results, making it very difficult to find other customer interactions or a specific ticket.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr Service is helping me organize my customer service in a single environment. This greatly facilitates customer follow-up and reduces negative impact on service.

Another benefit is the control of SLAs and my indicators, which gives me a sense of direction on how I am doing during the day and also how the team is doing.

Sprinklr is not about numbers, it's about people!
