Everything you need
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Sprinklr is its ease of use; it's straightforward to use. The option for tags is endless, which is extremely helpful in giving feedback. Customer support is also extremely responsive and addresses any issue as soon as it arises. When using a product like Sprinklr every day, you want it to be easy to use, simple to implement new parameters, and easily integrated into your workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I can think of right away that I dislike about using Sprinklr.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr is able to collect all out brands social engagements in one convienent spot, allowing us to quickly and accurately answer all social enagagements in a timely manner,

It's super easy to customize and use as a new user
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess I dislike the fact that sometimes you can hide items and others you cannot. However, I don't believe that's a Sprinklr issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr allows Social Media Mangers to see all platforms of their socials, and scan through to engage or moderate as needed.
Platform overall is great for social monitoring and listening, especially for larger brands.
What do you like best about the product?
Rules engines can be designed and tailored to each brands needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support used to be great, but for the past couple of years it has not been great. You need to be constantly sending emails for updates on requests, which is frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr helps identify high priority social cases that may need immediate eyes, using the workflow rules engine, vs working natively where something can get lost.
I really enjoy using and learning Sprinkler, makes my job more efficient and easier

What I like best about Sprinkler Service is the summarization.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Sprinkler, the phone numbers are not always available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinkler is saving time and more efficient in helping the customers.

The UI gives me the best options and features to quickly respond to customer concerns in regard to my line of work

I do not like that we are limited to a character restriction in X

What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling tool and calendar view with the categorization for campaigns is what I like best.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics is very difficult to understand and not intuitive. I find it overwhelming the amount of filtering and questions you have to type in to narrow down certain metrics. I also do not find it to be user-friendly in terms of use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of communication with social media followers
Works well and has helpful tools.
What do you like best about the product?
Love that is has a noise notification. Never miss a convo.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not merge conversations. Have to weave through previous convos for info on concern.

Pulls in convos from many different sites. Templates for regularly used replies.
Works well but some features aren't necessary.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can close and send our closing message at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are too many folders. I wish we can access the auto closed and closed folder without as many clicks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinkler makes it easy to communicate with branches within my organization and allows me to effectively assist in a fast pace environment.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to do so many things within Sprinklr. Calls, chats, forms, emails - you name it and you never have to leave the platform. We used to be so spread out between Google Workspace for various sheets, forms, documents, etc and now it's all centralized in Sprinklr with the rest of our day-to-day work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes during an initial change there is a lot of troubleshooting that has to happen before it works as intended. Sometimes a button will be missing randomly and we have to go through a few hoops before it's on the console as planned. Sometimes there's a lot more information on any given page in Sprinklr than what's actually needed and at first glance it can appear confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr allows us as a company to communicate efficiently and effectively.
Sprinklr is a big help in getting a singular post out to many socials without the extra work.
What do you like best about the product?
It's helpful that I can make one post for multiple social media accounts. I can post to Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn all at the same time and even with different accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot tag people in my posts- if I want to tag someone I would need to edit the post through the specific site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr allows me to make one social media post and put it on all platfoms while also running the post approval through my company first, making it a smooth process.
