I like that it has an extension for Google Chrome and I can just click the icon on my browser, log in with my single password and it remembers all the others!

I wish there was a mobile component as well, so I could easily log in from my phone and have the same access to my passwords regardless of device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's so hard to remember my own passwords and also, within an organization, it was tricky to keep track of who changed which password and at what time. Now I don't have to worry about any of that!

It would be nice to be able to provision business accounts with a way for the administration to access user accounts. We know there is a risk when user's hold sensitive account information and forget or don't share with their counterpart. That is hard to audit.

It is a great way for IT to manage server, equipment, service and other account information. We have also found it to be an excellent place to store sensitive data such as SSL private keys and router configurations.
Overall a decent software.

Keeper is a very simple to use GUI and the settings that are available for administrators to manage other users are very helpful.

We store a lot of stuff in the Note's section of records and it can get very overwhelming with all of the plain text. It could be very helpful if there was formatting options in the notes section such as bolding, italics, etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
Keeper is so intuitive when creating a new password or updating an old one, it will ask you to save it to Keeper with the new information. This can be extremely helpful, or annoying, depending on Keeper prompting you whether you want to use that feature or not.
There really is not much about Keeper that is negative or not useful.

No more duplicated passwords!
The Android app even lets you switch between accounts such as work and personal!
The Admin portal and the security audit section in each account has some great reporting that can be utilized to facilitate not using duplicated or weak passwords.
The ability to store payment data to easily access securely is ideal.
Utilize the form-fill data ability in Keeper as well, instead of having it saved in the browser's autofill, which is too easily accessible.
The folder structure concept is necessary for keeping your records organized.
Changing passwords through Keeper saves the old password so as to not reuse a previously used password, however if you are using the password generator with at least 16 characters, that shouldn't be a problem.

The platform seems fairly solid and secure and has all the expected features, albeit presented in a confusing way. Cheapest corporate password manager I found.

They screwed up the billing, charging my personal account for our corporate account. Anyone offering a password manager should be hyper-organised so these kinds of problems are a concern. The interface and architecture is pretty confusing when you get into the nitty-gritty of sharing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Keeper to track passwords in the IT department and share passwords with accounting, admin departments.
Stable secure service with good services and simple interface.
