Honestly keeper deserves 5 stars, however breachwatch of keeper is the big problem.
What do you like best about the product?
Very helpfull tool. Friendly to use. no problems at all. However....Breachwatch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Breachwatch of keeper does not scan the darkweb at all. I know that a password of mine is exposed on dark web. In breachwatch I do not get any attention about this, he just give a notification that the password is weak. According to the support people it is found on the dark web. Well, according my breachwatch it is not. The support team does not give any clear answers why my breachwatch does not report such breaches. It's a pitty. Cost money...does not work at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They do not solve the breachwatch problem.
Great password manager with lots of advanced features
What do you like best about the product?
Our org switched to Keeper after LastPass data breached and found it easy to migrate and manage users in Keeper. Features that have been working well for us:
- autofill for credentials
- easy to organize passwords in folders
- granular sharing permissions, including time-bound credential sharing options
- access to the "personal" version of Keeper included with the plan purchase
- passkey support
We are pretty happy with the product overall and appreciate continious innovation and support for more advanced features with every new release from the Keeper team.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular, occasionally users encounter bugs with autofill functionality when trying to log into one of a cloud apps from a generic domain, i.e. login.salesforce.com intead of mydomain.my.salesforce.com

Keeper is our primary solution for securely storing and sharing all employee passwords.

Best password manager available, especially for business.
What do you like best about the product?
Keeper has been doing this for a while so obviously as a password manager, it works great, but so do other password managers. What sets Keeper apart for me is its use in business. The ability to provide keeper to our employees and use it to manage passwords company wide, has helped us become far more secure than we used to be. No more reusing of passwords, no more easy to guess simple passwords, and VERY easy to share passwords between users with a SINGLE record for each account. Keeper has great support, including help with implementation and training (our biggest hurdle). It is also inexpensive AND they include for FREE access to personal Keeper accounts for each of our licensed users, as long as they are employed. Most users love to use Keeper right away and immediately see the benefits. Other users, I have found, have a tough time trusting their passwords to an application.
What do you dislike about the product?
Keeper isn't perfect and can at times be a little bit "fiddly" especially if you are not good about disabling other password managers within your OS or web browser. The browser extension, which is a must have utility, gets in its own way sometimes and you have to be careful with the auto-generate password feature as sometimes you can accept the password and use it on the site only to acciedently trigger Keeper to randomize the password again, losing the one you just used. Messing this up can result in having to immediately reset the password you just created and trying again.
Many of these issues can be avoided if you implement their best practices and take some time to read their knowledgebase articles.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our biggest issue with passwords are threefold. First, people use the same (or very similar) passwords across multiple accounts, this is against our company policy and a very bad habit in general. Keeper solves this by making it easy to setup unique passwords for each account that do not need to be memorized by the user. Next, most user passwords are far too simple and never get changed. Keeper fixes this problem by providing highly complex passwords for each record and identifying passwords currently in use that have been exposed in a data breach or are just too easily guessed. Third and final, Keeper eliminates the need for people to write down their passwords. Prior to using Keeper, I would find passwords stored in notebooks, sticky notes, written under keyboards; often times these passwords would be clearly labeled as "PASSWORDS" making it even easier to steal. The Keeper browser extension, combined with the app for smartphones makes writing down passwords and storing them insecurely a thing of the past.
A runner up to these three primary issues is the problem of sharing passwords for common accounts. In the past, users would share and store passwords for the same accounts, separately, resulting in problems when one user would change the password without notifying anyone else, even worse was when a person who had control of a password would leave the company. These, among many other problems have been resolved since implementing Keeper for Business.

Room for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to share credentials with my colleagues securely and being able to save multiple accopunts and credentials per user and per site.
What do you dislike about the product?
Always asking me to login, asking me to login when already logged in, offering new passwords for site i already have creds for instead of logging me in, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have literally thousands of endpoints to log into; without Keeper or a similar pword manager thisa would simply not be possible to do securely.
Keeper has kept our business operating smoothly.
What do you like best about the product?
Having to only remember one password and that it is secure is life changing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I've run into is the program logging me out regularly even though I have the settings to not do that.

With only having to remember one password, employees don't request password resets all the time, which has given our IT staff more time to complete projects
Easy Access and Secure Storage
What do you like best about the product?
The quick access to passwords and the ability to have them auto fill on websites!
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of any downsides to the software!

What do you like best about the product?
Keeper Password Manager not only keeps track of your passwords, but also helps you create new one meeting whatever critieria is asked. It also lets you know if you have duplicated any passwords or if your password happens to be on the dark web (Breachwatch).
What do you dislike about the product?
The one "complaint" that I have is if you tell Keeper Password manager to not "automatically" fill in the username and password to a specific website, you can't change it back to auto fill. Well, you can, it just doesn't do it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helps when we have a person who leaves the company. All you do is disable the account and you can then transfer all the usernames and passwords to their replacement. And this is all done while encrypted.
Heavy focus on security, growing usability
What do you like best about the product?
The zero knowledge focus is a strong win, a record is truly owned by its creator and is only shared with explicitly who they want to share it with. The ability to create shared folders and assign a Keeper Team (group) to them helps keep sharing simple while still maintaining the core zero knowledge ideal. The ability to embed a MFA code into a password record is a game changer for securing shared service accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Usability was rough when we first implemented several years ago, but has made huge strides in recent months. Excited to see where Keeper is going with this renewed focus on keeping the tool easy to use and understand!

We had used LastPass Enterprise in the past but they heavily increased their license cost and faced several massive security breaches. Keeper is primarily used as a password manager for our IT, developer, and finance teams.
