One of the top four options with great Enterprise features
What do you like best about the product?
Keeper is great in the enterprise due to its shared folders and team support so we don't have to share tons of individual records. The enterprise license that grants employees a free personal family plan is also a great selling point.
What do you dislike about the product?
The management interface isn't the greatest (really, all of the UX could improve; see Dashlane and 1Password) and autofill isn't nearly as good as Dashlane.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeper helps our employees get out of the habit of reusing passwords across multiple sites and using weak passwords. It also supports passkeys which will be increasingly helpful as more sites adopt them.

We Love Keeper
What do you like best about the product?
As an IT professional, I LOVE that Keeper is one of the most secure password managers on the market. It makes my life so much easier AND my accounts safer. Now I can implement long complex passwords without having to think about it. When we deployed Keeper at our company, our Managed Service Provider was so impressed with the program, that they implemented in their own office and recommend Keeper to all their clients. Deployment was easy with the help of the customer service team, they walked us through setting up Single Sign On on our server and create users. Within a couple days of using keeper we had fully integrated Keeper into our daily workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a hefty learning curve for novice users because there's a lack of consistency. Not all websites work well with Keeper and require extra clicks to input the login credentials. Password changes are the worst culprit of this inconsistency. I have found it more productive to train users on the logic behind the program, rather than asking them to complete steps x,y,z, in a specific order.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not only does Keeper help me create new, more complex passwords, it remembers them all and makes sure they get entered in the correct spot. I am no longer stressed about reusing passwords, or worring about password complexity. Most of all, the best part about Keeper, is that I don't know any of my passwords anymore and I don't HAVE to!
Can't seem to manage folders
What do you like best about the product?
It stores passwords and does MFA. That's
What do you dislike about the product?
Our company migrated from LastPass to keeper and it has been terrible. We imported all the passwords and the admins don't seem to have access to all of the folders we have to rely on whoever is the master of the folder to share out. It is very difficult to oversee and manage passwords
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It stores our passwords
Perfect for the needs of our Users
What do you like best about the product?
Easy of use and setup. Keeper is intelliegent and knows when to save passwords. Our users have adapted very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sign in process can be annoying because it seems to ask for a log in a lot more than the settings are set for. This sometimes leave the user waiting for IT to get involved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeper is securing passwords for our users. Keeper is helping to monitor bad passwords and ensuring users are using complex passwords. Keeper has allowed for easy of access with its SSO acces. The MFA funcitionality as also be beneficial.
No need to remember a thousand passwords
What do you like best about the product?
Keeper allows you to have many logins without the need to remember all the passwords. Keeper keeps these passwords in a secure vault as well.

Great Password Manager for Businesses
What do you like best about the product?
Our business handles many passwords that need to be shared amongst team members. Keeper enables us to do so in an easy to use manner, while also being secure. There is granular control on how these passwords are shared (view only, view and edit, view and share, etc).
Keeper One Time Share also allows us to securely share these passwords to external users.
Keeper also keeps track of usage statistics, which enables to get a high level view of how the organization is using it.
Customer Support is quick and painless when we need support or have questions.
We were able to quickly transition to using Keeper from our previous, less secure methods.
The browser addons enables users a seamless way of entering passwords without any fiddleness.

What do you dislike about the product?
Browser add on is great, but is a bit intrusive. At least more so than the default browser password managers. It sometimes opens on non login fields.
There are limitations to how passwords can be organized and moved around between shared folders sometimes.

In the ultra competitive password manager market, Keeper earns their place
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of Keeper password manager would have to be their support. The few times we needed to engage their support, Keeper support has always been extremely quick to respond to any issues. Keeper also does a great job of documentation, which is really helpful for deploying this software in an enterprise environment. I also am happy with the Okta integration, as it allowed us to easily onboard/offboard users to the service vs. others which may not integrate with our IDP, making tracking licensing more difficult.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am overall pleased with Keeper, although I do wish more of the reporting was included in the base license vs. having to purchase additional licensing. Other than that, it has been a great product to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeper password manager helps us solve the problem of non-privileged password management (We use a seperate system for privileged access management, but Keeper may allow this too). Keeper helps manage these passwords very easily, instead of needing to remember 20 different passwords, we only have to remember one really. We are also using Keeper for some users, in combination with windows hello, to help some employees go passwordless. They can use biometrics to log in to Okta, which they can then use to access Keeper since we have that integrated. With the combination of these two solutions, employees, if they want, do not have to actually remember any passwords now. This is very useful for those who are more frontline workers who do not have to use their computers on a daily basis, who may forget their password due to lack of use.
Simple and reliable protection for my passwords
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Keeper Password Manager is its robust security features combined with ease of use. The interface is intuitive, making it simple to store, manage, and retrieve passwords securely. The most helpful aspect is the autofill feature, which saves time by automatically entering login information across various websites and apps. Additionally, the ability to securely share passwords with trusted contacts is a significant upside, making collaboration safe and efficient. Keeper provides peace of mind, knowing that all my sensitive information is well-protected.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of Keeper Password Manager is that some advanced features, like secure file storage and dark web monitoring, require a premium subscription, which can be a bit pricey. Additionally, the initial setup, particularly for users who are less tech-savvy, can be slightly overwhelming. While the app is generally easy to use, occasional pop-ups promoting upgrades can be a bit intrusive. Overall, these are minor inconveniences, but they do affect the overall user experience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
