Easy, Efficient, and Secure
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to store username and passwords. It is so easy to auto-generate secure passwords. I love that we can create shared folders for those logins that are used by multiple people within the department
What do you dislike about the product?
That unless someone has admin access, teams cannot be created for shared groups. There should be various access/rights levels. for instance, I want to be the admin of my group so that I can edit and create teams and monitor access but I do not want access to other departments' teams and shared folders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we are able to create secure passwords and seamlessly be able to log-in through the "launch" feature. we are saving time by using the password auto generator.

Keeper Security
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and keeps my stored information secure. I can share records with other co-workers easily. When I have needed help, the support team available and ready to answer my questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, everything seems to be good. There is nothing I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is nice to know my passwords are saved securely and easy to update when it is necessary. I also like having the passwords created by Keeper. It gets tiring trying to come up with new passwords.
Extremely helpful with online accounts.

The ability to use different passwords and not worry about not remembering them.

I think that sharing folders could be a little easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowing if passwords are secure. Having different passwords instead of all the same.

Customer Serivce Impossible to Reach
What do you like best about the product?
The program is easy to use for most users in my organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer Service. No availability to chat online, call, or communicate whatsoever other then email. When you do get a response via email and attempt a conversation, customer service team ghosts you. Very frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Frustration.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Online chat forum.
Extremely intuitive set of software that provides peace of mind.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to install across multiple platforms. Sharing via folders, and syncing seemed to function really well. All interfaces for the different platforms are almost identical. This provides the same experience when using the software
What do you dislike about the product?
Teams feel like it needs to be revamped. Would like the ability to manage the web options via the admin console. Having the auto submit turned on globally seems to be a huge problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Record management has become easier. We are finding that members are using Keeper to store things outside of credentials.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hands down, best solution at this price point.
Keeper has some wonderful features but is missing key options
What do you like best about the product?
I like how keeper has a full desktop version. It also makes sharing passwords with clients a breeze. The autofill within with fields on my browser is time saving and full featured.
What do you dislike about the product?
The permissions side of keeper is lacking. Creating shared folders within shared folders in not allowed which creates extra steps when trying to share with specific staff or specific clients. The ability to scroll through passwords from the search bar in ways such as featured in LastPass would make keeper easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeper allows us to keep out client passwords saved centrally and share them in a secure way internally. As an MSP we need this as a core function.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give the trial a try, even if you used keeper in the past, it has changed significantly. You'll look at it differently. There are differences between keeper and other similar products but we found keeper to be the right balance.
Solid Password Protection
What do you like best about the product?
Keeper's top feature for me is being able to effortlessly sync passwords on multiple devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
The MacOS interface is a little clumsy, with slightly confusing actions relating to the vault structure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wish that it could do BOTH account and password for some of my iPhone apps. But it is great to be able to have strong complex passwords and not have to type them on a phone screen.
The BEST Password Manager
What do you like best about the product?
Easily manage and fill in your passwords on any site, anywhere, any time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Auto password creation sometimes messes up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to remember all my passwords, or write them down in an unsecured place.
I've been using Keeper for years, I wouldn't use another program!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that this program is very secure, they are always updating the app with new features.
Its also very inexpensive for the backup (which I recommend).
You can share login's with people who also use this app, this works great for companies.
You can put anything in a note, just not passwords. I put things like my bike lock, or padlock code.

Nothing that I can really think of, if you have the free version, it comes with popups wanting you to upgrade to unlimited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With having login's for everything, it's harder and harder to remember everything you need to.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You really can't tell if you like it without actually using it. Download the free version and go from there.
