Keeper review
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to have different passwords. Also, Keeper lets you know if any of your passwords have been compromised
What do you dislike about the product?
If a person has a HealthSafe ID it needs to be used at several sites. Keeper then states it is a duplicate, and there is not an area where we can acknowledge that this is correct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having somewhere to store more than 200 different passwords. Also, it is very easy to update a password every three months per the site requirements.
I no longer need to keep a password spreadsheet.

Makes my day easier!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that all of my passwords are in one location, and I can access them with just my one master password.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike. I use Keeper to store passwords along with notes, significant account numbers. What's not to like?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can quickly access account numbers and information by going to each account file inside of Keeper. Which means all of my data is at my fingertips.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It works great and makes maintaining passwords a breeze. I am also more confident knowing that my organization has Keeper in place to enhance our online presence.
The best password manager
What do you like best about the product?
The vault is very easy to use with simple password management. The admin console gives a great level of detail to manage users. It has plenty of options to customise settings for specific users or your entire organisation
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there is nothing I do not like. It's a great product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solved the problem of having passwords which are not highly encrypted and secured by MFA. It gives the options to share passwords and also revoke passwords. It's made onboarding and off boarding users easy
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't think. Just buy it. Worth every penny
Easy to use, easy to learn
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can control who has access to what, and that I can take away that access very easily
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. The only gripe is that I don't know how to randomize passwords already entered into the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can control which employees have access
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Cheaper than other password manager companies and does the same things and more
Good software, with quite a few annoying bugs
What do you like best about the product?
it works across different platforms, ios and windows 10
What do you dislike about the product?
too many websites won't fill properly using the Firefox extension. Some sites won't show the icon, other sites won't auto-fill, and some don't show a matching keeper entry exists at all, but the dropdown extension shows that there is in fact a matching record
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping track of hundreds of passwords, etc. and having them available on my phone
Keeper Encrypts Password - Ease to Use!
What do you like best about the product?
The Keeper Extension on Chrome and Edge is the most easily feature to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The IE extension isn't the best because it requires to constantly restart the Keeper tray icon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storing all passwords and easily remember all passwords without headaches. It is very easy to share certain passwords with team members knowing it is secured and encrypted.
Need a zero trust password manager? You need to check out Keeper!
What do you like best about the product?
Support quickly answers any questions and escalates if needed. I really like the shared passwords feature, and the zero-knowledge architecture. Plugins are available for all browsers. Using single sign on simplifies provisioning and the additional layer of security through our MFA provider gives us piece of mind. Even if something happens and Keeper was compormised, bad actors still would not have access to any credentials.
The add-on services (dark web scanning & identity protection) are great value added components.
The add-on services (dark web scanning & identity protection) are great value added components.
What do you dislike about the product?
The browser extension can occasionally be flakey. I also don't like that you need to have a seperate admin account outside the scope of SSO if you ever have an issue with single sign on not working. It would be nice if you could have at least one unlicensed admin account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm no longer seeing post-it notes with passwords. With shared password features, people are no longer locking themselves out of others' accounts. If an employee leaves the company, I can easily reassign the vault to their manager. As we undergo regular audits, we can consistantly show that we provide a zero-knowledge architecture (protected by SSO and additional MFA) for our user's passwords.
Good service, easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
All cloud baseed, ease of use between teams, provides SSO authentication.
What do you dislike about the product?
Provisioning through Microsoft Azure is a bit clunky and not very well explained.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem was password management originally was on-prem which required VPN access, versus having a cloud based password manager is easier for user to access for a global company.
Keeper works quickly and is user friendly.
What do you like best about the product?
Record and Folder sharing is clear and simple. Automatic sign-in is some of the fastest I've seen.
What do you dislike about the product?
The admin overview e.g. I'd like to see all Teams across nodes, I'd like to see all users at once. Not enough exporting options e.g. export .csv of all users + teams + roles in a node. No API.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing passwords is a breeze and is relatively understandable for end users.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Keeper is for you if you're looking for a quick, user-friendly password manager.

Mobile app and web availability make retrieving a password a breeze.
Mobile app and web availability make retrieving a password a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have no experienced any downside as of now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have been able to provide employees a secure password solution that is available on mobile and web that does not involve insecure excel spreadsheets. Also increate complexity of passwords that people are using.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A solid password storage tool, that is very easy to use for all employees. Takes the risk out of storing passwords on spreadsheets and paper. Easy rollout to end users with active directory integration.
