Excellent Security with great features
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the 2FA Authenticator feature. This has been a lifesaver for our company. We have some shared accounts, and we were constantly trying to figure out who changed the 2FA mobile number, and where the authentication was going. The 2FA feature solves that company-wide for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently the permissions are very detailed, but can be cumbersome to manage. There are some upcoming features that have been announced that will solve this for us in many instances. There is still some reliance on the end-user to follow protocols that support easy record management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeper helps us to use randomly generated, secure passwords across our company. It also helps us with our shared accounts by making 2FA easy, and letting shared access be controlled at the admin level.
Great password manager
What do you like best about the product?
Very secure platform with a good UI and darkweb monitoring.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally autofill doesn't work perfectly, especially with MFA codes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storing complex and unique passwords.
Easy to implement, easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Keeper was easy to implement from a admin POV, and rolling out to the organisation was super easy.
Users have commented on how easy to use Keeper is compared to other password managers.

What do you dislike about the product?
There's a couple of quirks, like admin approvals for logins. It makes sense to an admin why it works the way it does, but users don't quite get that. The need to implement something else to workaround it is a little long winded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users saving passwords to browsers, using same passwords on multiple accounts.
Enabling teams to use shared passwords without sacrificing on security has been a massive improvement

Terrific Password Management Solution for Enterprise
What do you like best about the product?
Keeper is very simple to use and maintain. We've started deploying to various groups within the firm as we identify needs and have found that it has improved efficiency and driven significant improvements in security. Customer support has also been helpful when we've had configuration issues and with onboarding our first groups of staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
Keeper utilizes a zero-knowledge model which is great for security architecture purposes, but not great for control over sharing and DLP. This is because as a centralized security team, we don't have as much control over what people create and share as we'd like in certain cases. We've architected around that, but is something to be aware of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeper is improving our enterprise password hygiene, removing opportunities for credential leakage via unsecured means of storage, and improving security awareness for our staff by ensuring they remain vigilant when going about their daily business.
Keeper has been easy to use and has great security features.
What do you like best about the product?
Good support for Windows, Mac and phones. Good browser plugins and standalone computer app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, sometimes I have to log out of keeper and log back in to get it to work again
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our passwords secure and sharing them securely.
Best Password Manager Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Clean and intuitive interface, great customer service and communication, fine-tuned controls for security, comprehensive security controls for peace of mind and policy enforcement, extra features that other competitors don't offer
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that could be improved upon is making sure documentation for enabling certain features or configurations is up-to-date. Sometimes some processes aren't clear and require some communication with the customer service team to figure out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a member of the security team at my organization, it is paramount that employees maintain good password hygiene - Keeper has been great at encouraging users to use good passwords and also flag unsafe passwords so that we can address those issues.
Hands down the best Password Manager
What do you like best about the product?
Fantastic GUI on both desktop and mobile.
What do you dislike about the product?
Browser plugin pop-ups are intrusive. They tend to get in the way, A LOT.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizational sharing of credentials is working great! I can share creds with colleagues with the perfect amount of granularity.
Using Keeper as the company wide password manager
What do you like best about the product?
Keeper provides a fully cloud fully SaaS password manager that allows our users to log in with their corporate identity.
Extensions and applications are provided for all major platforms.
Subdomains can be recognized separately for autofill purposes, which is very helpful for development or test environments.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the extensions had issues logging in with the SSO option, requiring a user to uninstall and reinstall the app.
Currently there are limited options for administrators to modify records created by other users, but this is coming.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to be able to share logins between a dispersed remote team in a secure way. Keeper allowed us to do this while controlling shared access and auditing who accessed individual records.
Great, comprehensive tool!!
What do you like best about the product?
Allows us to maintain all of our organizational credentials in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have not been any downsides other than the work of populating the database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has allowed us to create one database with varying levels of access.
