Keeper Password Manager provides security and is a time saver.
What do you like best about the product?
First of all, Keeper Password Manager provides the security I need for operating a business. What I appreciate most though is the time it saves me every day as an office administrator. I am constantly using multiple HR-related websites on a daily basis and Keeper saves me the time of looking up user logins and remembering all the passwords. Changing passwords is a breeze as the system essentially does it for you. Customer support has also been helpful when websites changed requirements and assistance was needed to setup additional login criteria.
What do you dislike about the product?
Keeper is still just a bit bulky on the mobile platform but on the PC it is a smoothly integrated operation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security for management of over 100 websites, some of which are only used annually.

Seamless onboarding and integration
What do you like best about the product?
The ongoing support we received from Keeper was amazing. They were there when we requested and helped us out with any issues we had. Integration with SSO was seamless and we were able to get going within a couple of hours. We exported and imported our data from our previous system with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
The browser extensions can be an issue at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storing of passwords.
Easy to deploy solution for end users with features that make sense.
What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly easy to deply to users using the web based console and has browser extensions that allows users to save and auto fill passwords in a browser. It helps increase adoption and lessens user burden.
What do you dislike about the product?
We used a local AD to sync users and sometimes have to troubleshoot the on premises agent. Customer support is responsive through email but there is no number to call, just a ticketing system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps secure user credentials and allows us to proactively monitor for password breaches. Users are more likely to use Keeper due to the browser extensions and mobile device apps. Syncing lets users create strong individual passwords and take them with them reducing helpdesk tickets for forgotten passwords.
Using Keeper in an office environment
What do you like best about the product?
What I enjoy about keeper is the congruency across all browsers and the ability to share login's to another person with a Keeper account.
What do you dislike about the product?
The password manager is a bit of double down when the browser already offers a password manager inately. When we login to a website it can be confusing since both the browsers password input and keeper's come up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users multiple logins being kept well for them.
A secure, thorough, and feature rich password manager
What do you like best about the product?
Keeper is very easy to use. It makes it very easy to share passwords with my teams using various shared folders. We use it nearly every day. It also supports integration of generic SAML 2.0 IdP, which is a big win for us. Also the actual user management is quite simple with or without SAML.
The rollout of keeper is really quite simple, especially if your support tier includes onboarding assistance. Also, I have not had to create many support tickets, but the few I had were quickly responded to with detail.
Also absolutely everything gets logged, from admin actions to users accessing records.

What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside to Keeper is the Keeper push/admin approval functionality, and the inability to turn it off. There are some options to automate this process, but they all require standing up extra infrastructure. In the end this adds some management overhead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can securely store all of our passwords and secrets in an ecrypted and authenticated location.
What you'd expect, with a few caveats
What do you like best about the product?
Works as you'd expect with an auto-fill addon that seems to work *most* of the time. It overlaps with Chrome's built-in saved credentials sometimes as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to have full control of your org's vaults at any time without building it with share vault permissions. If one is missed, support is incapable of giving you access to a vault of a terminated employee.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing corporate passwords for a ton of systems we all use.
Decent business product
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to manage and share passwords amongst a team is solid. Very simple interface and solid SSO makes adding people a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Clunky web interface and app leave several things to be desired. Managing multiple passwords for the same site is not straightforward. Also, flipping between default addresses and other common information and payment methods is a struggle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Shared password safe and encouraging safe password management for end users
Easy to use and great for corporate accounts
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and the setup for sharing passwords is simple and effective
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is a little slow to recognize the website and the saved password.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can secure passwords that need to be saved with other members of my team. I can also prevent users from taking anything with them if they leave the company.
Not a Bad Password Manager
What do you like best about the product?
How it helps me create passwords, generate secure and unique passwords, logs me in, holds all of my passwords in a safe and encrypted vault, and that it shows if my passwords are strong or reused.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it logs me in without having to hit enter to manually log in. While this is normally a nice feature, it can be annoying when I have multiple accounts or am trying to test something and I am automatically logged in and have to log out of my browser extension. It works too good! The account reps and increase in price has also been an issue recently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping everyone at the organization using strong, unique, and secure passwords and storing them all in a safe location.
Very Manageable Password Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ablility to manage amany teams and groups password in on location. Access levels to those teams. the ability to have your own personal password with anyone seeing them.
What do you dislike about the product?

Keeper has helped to managing sensitive information across teams and roles. Also the User interface is well-designed and user-friendly.
Keeper provides options for secure password-sharing across users and our teams. Retains App Access and Credential History and it works well across popular browsers and integrates seamlessly with desktop apps.
