Keeper administration review
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Keeper is very simple to use, easy to learn, and isnt only used as a password manager. The implemantation was very easy going and all team members were able to import and secure theyre passwords with no issues. All users had a seamless integration with their specififc work flow and is used daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont really have anything negative to say about keeper, It works perfect for its intended use and has multiple other uses that are a big bonus. One thing I did not really like about it however is how the invitation link expires after a while and you have to send a new one after the users are "blocked"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has centralized our passwords so we dont have to worry about sending passwords over messages or email, especially with the one time shared link.

Keeper is a keeper!
What do you like best about the product?
It makes my daily operation of my department run much more smoothly
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I can think of that I dislike about Keeper
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps solve the problem of remembering all my ever-changing passwords
Overall tool is good, however, account management needs improvement.
What do you like best about the product?
From a password reset tool, it works great. Our employees rely on this service and we haven't had any issues with the tool itself and the functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
The account management process requires improvement. We only hear from the account management when it's time to renew. Communication regarding issues with the yearly renewal was communicated via email. Why couldn't we discuss the issues and next step on a call. This was never suggested, which dragged the issue, that lead to we only a short period of time before we lost access to our account. Banking information wasn't shared until we finally made payment to what was old banking information. Credit card on file belonged to someone, whom I believe no longer worked for Orion. It was a very messy experience. Last year and the year prior, the unit price was different from the invoice to the online charge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing passwords in one place securely. Able to share records for one time purposes. Being able to access passwords at our fingertips.
Good product with robust management options for administrators
What do you like best about the product?
Keeper Password Manager offers excellent management options for administrators, including a wide variety of settings and customizations. Features like (SSO integration, user provisioning, and robust access controls make it ideal for business environments. The platform also provides secure sharing and detailed activity logs, enhancing security and compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The autofill feature does not always fill in address fields properly, especially in scenarios where Chrome’s native autofill works more effectively. While Keeper excels in administrative capabilities, this aspect can be a drawback for users expecting seamless field population.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeper Password Manager helps solve challenges related to password management by securely storing credentials, ensuring that all passwords are strong and unique, and providing a centralized way to manage access for users. Its robust administrative tools enhance oversight, while features like SSO integration and activity logging streamline operations and improve security. This reduces the risk of data breaches and simplifies compliance with cybersecurity requirements
4 year Keeper User
What do you like best about the product?
Keeper is a great tool that helps our company manage individual and shared passworda as well as other types of secure records.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Keeper would allow my admins to own and manage all accounts, folders and passwords. This only works if they are shared on the folders or records. This can create issues when users need help or are separated from the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to secure shared passwords and folders in a company with high staff rotation.
Keeper is secure but not intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to share files with relevant people
What do you dislike about the product?
if i create a folder, i am not able to reassign ownership of that folder to someone else for upkeep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to store passwords for multiple projects in one place
Account Management is disorganized, confusing and not consistent.
What do you like best about the product?
Keeper Password Manager is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful and most frustrating part of Keeper is the account management process. Our renewal process has been difficult, confusing and disorganized. Communication was via email, there is no communication during the year. We only hear from the Account Manager when it's renewal time. Prices were different from online from what is received via email (this has happened in the past). Prices have increased and feel that it's high for what we use it for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeper helps share passwords accross teams as required, this allows us to keep the passwords confidential.
Started with the Business, keep for the Family
What do you like best about the product?
NINE years ago, our organization began looking for a secure, trusted application for the ever growing need for password management. I had some personal experience with some others, but their security seemed weak. I like Keeper's basic premise of creating a highly encrypted password file, kept locally on the device. While the Internet can be used to replicate the file elsewhere, I like that it is available, even with no Internet.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to create a master password or phrase. We set the bar high at 16 characters which include at minimum 2 flavors (Caps, lc, #, special characters) of each. Initially, users can struggle with this, but quickly they retain this requirement and develop some muscle memory to use daily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Way too many password for a user to remember. And using the browser function to remember passwords is foolish.
Very quick and easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to share passwords to other users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The iPhone app is a little annoying with two accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Company wide password sharing.
Keeper keeps you safe :)
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and integrates in your favorite browser. I was easy to install and implement in our orginization. The cost is minimal for the protection it provides.
What do you dislike about the product?
More integrations for password protected systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a variety of systems with different passwords and monitoring access to these systems.
