We are looking for best tool for r&r initiatives for employees and customers both

Nothing as such just need a few user level improvements

What do you like best about the product?
They have a centralized platform for gifting and easy to load the coupons. I like the offers with a single coupon code I can use on Amazon, Flipkart, and MakeMyTrip.
What do you dislike about the product?
They should have a more attractive offer, sometimes they charge conversion charges which they must have to stop
