Perfect engagement platform for companies and startups

What do you like best about the product?
Features and reports helps us to manage the entire rewards & recognition platform with ease. Our employees are more engaged now as compared to previously.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tooltips could help our employees to understand the platform quickly. Also, we would like to have a KMS within this to conduct various training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a higher attrition rate, and the main reason for this was the employee engagement activity which we couldn't do because of pandemic. Employees felt disengaged; hence this platform has helped us to launch R&R programs and now our employees are more engaged than previously.

What do you like best about the product?
On an overall perspective, empuls is offering an opportunity to recognise and reward to our colleagues which is of course improving the workplace harmony. I am surprised to see that my friend's workplace follows such amazing techniques to improve workplace harmony. Would surely recommend.

To be honest, nothing as such till now.

The interesting feature was when it comes to survey. With seamless feedback and sharp survey questions, we are able to improve ourselves better

What do you like best about the product?
Speedy reply for a solution and have patience ear to understand the concern and respect for the customer.

I don't find anything significant as such, but it will be good if they provide all possible solutions in the first reply itself.
