Great idea, just takes slightly too long to receive the order. I waited too long
What do you like best about the product?
The idea is great I like it alot, so much so that my company is considering using in the future. But only when the processing speed has increased.
What do you dislike about the product?
How long it takes to receive the order. You need to make sure that it can be received sooner, my colleagues would not like to have to wait longer than a few days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The idea of which gifts to give to our employees, since they would be heavily taxed this actually gives them power to be able to use the gift cards as they wish.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I guess at the moment patience is the only reccomendation. However I think given time this will become a great product.

The ease and professionalism shown by the staff

Nothing as such. The service was extremely good and staff was very prompt and helpful

Reward and recognition at my organization has become easier with Xoxoday as it gives a plethora of brands to choose from for the user.
It is easy and quick, so i will recommend.

What do you like best about the product?
The promptness by which a voucher gets delivered. The website is extremely user friendly too. And the customer support is quite quick via email as well as via whatsapp! Overall a great experience
What do you dislike about the product?
My voucher got stuck while I ordered it after working hours. Often a working professional gets time to deal with other things only after working hours, making this a little inconvenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company gifted us points as a diwali bonus. It solves my problems as I can easily purchase gift vouchers for anything I need, and I'm not forced down to only 1-2 brands.

The time it took to claim the coupon. and the detailed steps given in the mail helped a lot. It took me a while and a bit of trial and error though to recognize that it was in USD.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Amazon coupon I received was in USD, so now I buy something from amazon with a high shipping charge which doesn't make sense to me. It would have been great if it was for India.

Reward to employees is a great way to recognize the efforts the individual took to complete his / her task and I really appreciate the token of appreciation provided by my company.

What do you like best about the product?
The choice of vouchers available for gifting. It's not just limited to one country but is available across the globe. Very convenient to use for organizational giftings as well. Integration is seamless for sending vouchers through mail and text. Loved the experience and support.

Nothing as such. However, there should be more customization options available for personalized messages. More default options could be added for quick references.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We generally have quizzes after our internal sessions. It's always good to reward people as it encourages them to participate in future events. Even the participants feel satisfied and helps them analyze their knowlwdge.
