In work from home environment, every employee sits in their home and work, so rewarding and giving recognition is difficult. Empuls helped us to overcome problems and allowed us to ease out the employee recognition and rewarding system
I am regularly using this forum to send the wishes to my colleagues on there special days

It was a very good Initiative by Mahindra Finance collabrating with empuls. It is Connecting all Mahindra Finance employees & it’s like facebook of MMMFSL.
Main Interesting aspect is Birthdays & Work Anniversary on daily basis. based on this more Wishes makes the Birthday Person feels special & happy.
Scope for communication with other Teams possible here. MF Points & Lead board will encourage all the members to participate.

A Great app for a Enterprise Company
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part in this product is Leadboards,I appreciate this feature because it encourages the employees to work harder.When compared to its competitors its the best application.

From my perception nothing is missing from the product and everything works well properly.The product is already better few new extra features can be updated so this can attract new user for this product.

The main purpose we are solving with this is identifying the employee work and awarding him or her using this product.This product is more productive and have increased the business performance by each and every time a employee is awarded he gets motivated and works a lot for company.

The redemption process is quick. Various options are available for resumption and gifting. Customer service is prompt in response.

There was a minor issue wherein organization was not kyc enabled for redeeming Amazon vouchers, but the issue was fixed immediately.

Enable organization kyc for redeeming Amazon gift voucher. Benefits are quick response and resolution.
Empulse - A very user friendly interface for interacting & motivating our Colleagues
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simple User interface and the ease of Gift redemption.

I would have liked it better if we could create our team group easily.

Before Empulse, we did not have any platform to congratulate or motivate our teammates, its solved now.
