What do you like best about the product?
Appreciation chain, a reminder on the Anniversary are the plus

The redemption price is too high now and this can be improved enabling the employees to get the product at a reasonable price.

What do you like best about the product?
It is good, they respect customers problem and provide immediate response. I got my quwry resolved in just 20 minutes. I used chrome even we can use the from any browser. If I talk about competition, it was the great experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I would say about dislike. Nothing missing, everything working fine, I wish I will more and more vouchers, The product is working fine. Nothing needs to be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple benefits, the things are getting done within seconds, I can use this point instead of money. They supports lots of brands as of now. Everything going great.

What do you like best about the product?
Although, they conversion of points into Gcash are no longer available. There are still a wide range of options to choose from. I like having MARES and REEF as available options to convert my company's kudos points.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure if it was Empuls or our company who got Gcash removed from the eGift conversion; but that is what I like the most previously. Also, some items are available to redeem in Metro MNL.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't experienced any technical difficulties in redeeming points via Empuls. The benefits... I get to explore some brands I am not fully familiar with. It's like an open opportunity that is free of charge. Also, the brands in eGift cards are nice. So that's a plus points too.

The announcement section is very much attractive. I like the notifications of all events.

All are very nice. But I think it requires a little bit faster. It has already too many funny stickers.

I couldnt find anything much. The UI can be improved & Site speed.

What do you like best about the product?
Empuls helped us go virtual with our recognition and rewards. There are no more pockets of recognition but the entire Tech org is on one page.
It gives a free hand to all Leaders/Managers and HRBPS to give recognition at the right moment.

What do you dislike about the product?
The tool doesnt auto suggest ways to recognise someone, any event or special days coming up must be nudged.
Also if there are milestones like birthday/work anniversary, the entire group doesn't get notified. This must be solved for immediately.

Helps to know about employee birthdays, work anniversary and recognition.
What do you like best about the product?
It helps to know every employee birthday's, work anniversary and even their recognition. I like the monthly leaderboard points which will be displayed at every start of the month with the previous month's points. It also gives you +5 points whenever you log in and view the details and other stuff of what is happening among the employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like improvising color patterns on each screen makes it more attractive. This doesn't mean that I'm disliking the current app but just a suggestion from my end.

Employees and their stuff. Rewards and recognition among employees, Employees introduction. The anniversary which helps to wish and even birthday wishes this helps us when we forgot to wish them
