I am not sure if the survey is sent out to every customer, else there will be data skewed.

The offers are great also I liked how the support is efficient. I was facing issue they helped me resolve it quickly

They can introduce more offers from other categories.

I am solving problems to get coupons for shopping
Empuls is proactive app needs some more improvement factors
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to connect with people. Timely sends notification during employee appreciation via outlook which is very helpful. Its quite useful compared to other apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had to struggle to get the gift card verified. Empuls need to provide a QR code or barcode while sending the gift coupons. Also need to give detailed rules that are needed along with the coupon. Most shops have their app for redeeming/verifying the validity of the coupons that also need to be mentioned while sending the gift cards via mail
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Empuls is a comprehensive way to bring more awareness to people's achievements in the company. There are many companies in the gift card section which is great.

Its a great website for employee recognition and achievements. Great way to connect with people.

Extremely convoluted

At this point, nothing. I have almost stopped using this app because of its frustrating interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Has significantly lost its quality. Requires multiple logins across platforms without success which makes it frustrating to say the list. The dashboard is one of the most convoluted I have ever seen. Cannot find half of the notifications in the app that you receive on email.

I hardly use it as it is frustrating to navigate.
