What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, with clear instructions and correct details. Even a non-tech person can also understand and use this.
What do you dislike about the product?
its already the best so no need to change .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me gift cards for my hard work from the company, also has many companies associated with it so that i can use it any where like myntra etc

What do you like best about the product?
Since I submitted this as an idea, spotlight is very close to me, and I find it a very healthy platform to interact with people and appreciate them for their job well done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. At times I did come across a few website stuck cases; however, it is smooth now. One change that we can bring in is to make the App version easier to work with the phone. I am having difficulty installing the app version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employee Recognition which is helping in motivating the employees.

What do you like best about the product?
Nudges in form of notification, integration with MS teams, insights about milestones and building collaborative mindset for colleagues across the globe. The integration of points with leading players provide a wide gamut of options to employees. Gamification in terms of leadership board for people using it is excellent too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such. It can provide specific nudges to employees who have not used this and more so to managers and leaders.

Building culture of appreciation, fostering collaborative mindset for better talent experience
It's a perfect platform to appreciate your agents or manager or anyone.

Everything is so bright and the features to appreciate others as well as the platform to organize something like events and the best thing is we can post pictures.

There is nothing to dislike, everything is perfect!

It has solved the problem of appreciating someone in our campaign only, now we can appreciate our agent or manager in front of whole TaskUs through Empuls.

Wake up in the morning and engage with new people at the workout place and pleasant to talk and get more information and share more about what I explored. My main motive is to connect and connect.

Nothing as much; we need to make more simple and fast so users can get ideas more quickly.

Xoxoday is useful to appreciate the colleagues with the organization specific awards.

This is really great platform for employee engagement, appreciation and reignition. Highly Recommend this product tobe use by HR team in every organization

SOP should be uploaded orgnization wise how to redeem the points and what the procedure is to redeem it for individual users.

What do you like best about the product?
An excellent platform to appreciate your peers, seniors and people with who you work daily. Whether the achievements are small or big, appreciation always boosts morale.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there could be more awards on Empuls. Or an option to give customized Rewards. After a certain amount of time, the awards become repetitive. To make the engagements more fruitful, it would be better if some awards were kept constant while allowing the user to make their version of the award.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides an incredible way to appreciate my peers for their achievements. Thank my colleagues for the help that they offer, and to express gratitude to seniors who are constantly helping you improve.

The product can be customized to the requirements, the team is great to work with to get instant support. They have various options to engage the employees on the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few features might not help or apply to a company that is small in size. Options for Non - moneṭary awards can be increased for such companies.

They are our reward partners and helping us appreciate help and celebrate even the smaller milestones.
