What do you like best about the product?
This tool help us appreciate all of aspects of the team and employees. This is an amazing platform to express your thoughts and get things fixed. a one stop shop for everything about an employees lifecycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs to be promoted to all employees as the awareness is really low in the team

i reach this tool the first thing in the day and get all my problems looked upon and fixed

Wonderful platform to connect with our people.
What do you like best about the product?
It has all the updates and it gives us a chance to know our people more who all are working with Us. Their likes and interests and all the other things that matter. Because we matter to our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike . This application has a wonderful impact on Us. As we celebrate our glories and our interests with each other, we know things that excite us.

XoXo day is a plateform is easy to communicate with our people and reminds things which are important to remember. Even if it is a personal or professional update.

Sweet and simple website as well as the app which I just love and use to appreciate my colleagues.

Almost all of my favourite brand's vouchers are available to redeem.

I can see only top 3 monthly employees, It would be great if I could see the full list.

Appreciation is the most important thing when it comes to reward someone, So I think this part is well handled by xoxoday empuls!

For budget allocations and disbursements, i will have to request additional points. Rewards issuance is not that very clear.

Top class UI, top class UX!
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very convenient to use and makes it easy to purchase gift cards. There are many partner sites, most of which are relevant to us. Also, it makes appreciating and recognizing your colleagues very simple with the awesome default templates. The overall interface is colorful and vibrant, making it appealing to the eyes. Quick delivery of rewards and updates is a plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
The organization chart is not easy to access, and introducing Amazon pay gift cards would be beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps people bridge the gap between employees by providing a platform to recognize others' hard work and give them due recognition. Rewards and recognition motivate people to do better and engage more proactively.
