its one easy platform which contains all the necessary results and insights in regards to current security threats a system may be facing

I believe not enough advertising is being done for aqua security

it is solving any hidden vulnerabilities and removing the risk of a security breach

What do you like best about the product?
It provides a complete solution for container security. I can scan images in my pipeline, in the registry, and at runtime. Therefore for product teams it become easy to shift the security left.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think every image scan by Aqua should be considered as registered image. At this point, I do not see the need to separating images based on where they are scanned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aqua provides a complete container security solution to us. Using Aqua, we are ensuring that only compliant images get deployed in our runtime environment. It enforces policies and restricts users by disallowing deployment for vulnerable image.

What do you like best about the product?
It's ease of deployment, nice UI, CI/CD integration options available, good dashboard and one of the key features for us would be Kubernetes security feature which is not there in a lot of other commercial tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The licensing model is probably in line with Aquasec's long term plan but they should also consider some short term/low volume pricing models for clients who want to try container security before deciding for a long term full fledged solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Container security on a CI/CD pipeline, kubernetes cluster based security. Planning to use it for CSPM and IAC in upcoming future.

What do you like best about the product?
After some growing pains, due to the size of our organization and the number of images we scan, it has been easy to implement docker image scanning into our build process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some feature improvements that were often necessary for us to utilize portions of Aqua, took longer than expected and communicated to be completed. We had a request where we even included the source code changes that were needed from Aqua, and it still took almost 3 full quarters for the request to be completed. It felt like we understood the inner workings of that portion of the scan tool than their tech team and it was hard to have them understand the needed change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the bigger problems that Aqua has solved is the visibility that it provides us into the vulnerabilities that we have as we build docker images. We are even able to block builds from producing docker images to our artifact registry if they do not meet vulnerability requirements.

to maintainer aquasec as a IAC (all console setting as code ) , i see the API option but ther is no stand for it , customer support is helping but i want to see more stand from aqua itself

Aqua Security CSPM and our cloud plaforms
What do you like best about the product?
The CSPM is the tool I like most, it gives me and my team a detail view into our compliance with different standards while also helping us to make our CSPs more secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have mentioned the response to support tickets. However, I have noticed lots of improvements recently. Kudos to the Support team.

Cloud vulnerability and security, and cloud environment compliance to a wide range of standards.

What do you like best about the product?
How easily you can deploy it on-prem with the Helm chart provided by the Aqua Security Team. Doing image scanning can also be easily done by pulling the scanner from their registry.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you don't already have deep knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, the documentation can be intimidating since it assume knowledge of these topic and don't provide a lot on context or link to fill those gaps
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many developers just pull random Docker images from Docker Hub or simply build their custom images on top of existing ones without understanding the underlying risks.
Complete Cloud Security and Compliance with Aqua
What do you like best about the product?
Aqua allows us to visualize detailed results with the option to filter based on specific properties. We can create alerts for security issues based on Severity/Domain/Category/Plugin with quite a few notification channels. RBAC with granular access control is one of the platform's best features. Customizable dashboards for Cloud Security and Image Scanning are helpful for visualizing the overall security posture.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI/UX of the Aqua platform has several issues, especially with the sign-up/sign-in flow, authentication, alerts, and display of results. Some parts of the documentation for connecting an Oracle Cloud account are not up to update or clear. The platform is missing a few prominent notification channels for alerts such as Datadog, and Webhooks. Lacks complete granularity in RBAC with the ability to set permissions based on the cloud integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Aqua to find security issues with our Cloud platforms and for maintaining compliance on the cloud. We create alerts for security issues based on Severity/Domain/Category/Plugin with quite a few notification channels such as email. The single unified platform for a holistic view of the cloud security posture helped us to identify inaccurate permissions or other security issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Aqua Platform is a SaaS oriented cloud solution to manage our container security in our enterprise. Its vulnerability management tool monitors our docker images and remediate possible vulnerabilities before we ue them in our prod environment. Threat analysis & mitigation report offers automatic scan visualizations which ensures provide insights required to prevent malicious activity. It's user access control is defined well so that we can provide access to a container on specific task related requirements and to specific users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Aqua platform offers real-time visibility & exceptional event trail audit logs that provide data protection to our containerized environment. Its advanced monitoring features give a clear depiction of network traffic and prevent unauthorized application access requests. It doesn't have any downside to be mentioned based on the Cloud Security Posture Management capabilities offered to our enterprise containers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aqua Platform provisions container scans for our docker images throughout our SDLC for mitigating possible threats. It performs regulatory risk assessments for identifying various impacting risks such as inbound outbound network connectivity, overprovisioned permissions, and image vulnerabilities. It contains both Pre-defined and Custom Plugins that assist us with our container scanning, and through its scan reports, we get to know the risks & compliance posture across our AWS accounts. Also, it provides rapid remediation whenever any services are misconfigured, and it acts as a unified security portal for our application containers.

This is an easy to use and well supported solution to container management.
