What do you like best about the product?
The ability to share passwords across different areas of your business via different shared groups within LastPass helps keep software and platform access under control and manageable. Rollout is very easy and works across most operating systems that we have needed it to work on.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have a few students involved in our business, and not for profit clients, and I assumed they would be able to use LastPass at a discounted rate in their own businesses or projects, but LastPass doesn't offer concession pricing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to record logins in a password protected spreadsheet which made login management very hard (and unsafe). LastPass is a much better option.

What do you like best about the product?
Allows us to share passwords for the hundreds of network devices we have. We use this multiple times a day to connect in to devices scattered across 15 locations. It has been a lifesaver for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally will create multiple entries for the same network device, based on whether you connect via IP or FQDM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For security reasons we need to have passwords on all our network devices scattered throughout the enterprise. This allows us to keep them updated and available to our team.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to manage and share passwords across our organization. The Chrome integration is great and picks up about 70% of the username/password fields.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have some concerns about security, especially after the breach. That is my largest concern by far. It is also occasionally a nuisance when working in our CRM - it tries to fill in my information when creating a profile for a client.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to manage 200+ passwords for platforms we use on a daily basis. This keeps everything organized and I don't have to worry about losing anything.

What do you dislike about the product?
The constant disinformation campaigns by competitors are super annoying.

LastPass is an amazing tool for Password Management.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to integrate federated services with Active Directory to allow users a smooth sign-in option and not have to remember an additional password. This allows for faster adoption in the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to implement MFA with Federated Services. I think it will be very helpful to have an additional layer of security for federated services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users are reusing password or storing password in unencrypted vaults like the browser password managers. LastPass is a great tool to ensure that users are creating unique and complex passwords and storing them in an encrypted vault.

What do you dislike about the product?
Self service password resets have often been difficult
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a secure way for employees to store passwords, and create complex passwords without hassle

What do you like best about the product?
I can rely on LastPass to provide autofill and password keys quickly and safely.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the past I have had trouble with losing my master password and having to recreate my vault. LastPass has created more ways to help me retrieve my vault to my satisfaction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thwarting scams and other intrusions

functional and efficient and secure password fault Ault

What do you like best about the product?
it works great most of the time and appears to have great security. A minor annoyance is that on some idiosyncratic websites that use a third-party interview for logging and it doesn’t always know what to do which I suspect is more of the fault of that third-party, but for the most part, I use it dozens of times a day without problems and I’ve used it for years and my entire family is using it
What do you dislike about the product?
on the iPhone, come on occasion when one of the glitchy sites mentioned above either can’t find a password or wants to fill it with the wrong one. It is sometimes hard to get the LastPass face out of the way, but this only pops up every few days and usually the fault
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Password variety is made easy and it lets you meet site requirements re letters number etc

Lastpass for business

  • June 13, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Lastpass with SSO is very useful and a powerful tool,
The SSO intergration provides security and peice of mind and makes it simple for users to use without the need to remember long complex master passwords,

I yuse lastpass every day and whilst there are nicer systems, there is noting that is as simple to use, as other platforms still require a master password, Lastpass uses the browser and Azure tokens for encryption.decryption so no password is needed by the end user.
What do you dislike about the product?
SSO is a pain in the ass to setup, guides are long and complex, but worth it in the end.

when saving TOPT MFA tokens you have to save this before any other screen, sometimes, i save the MFA token then the browser asks my to update the password and in doing so it removes the mfa token.

also credit cards don't load into sites correctly

would be nice if lastpass made clear what is and is not encrypted, (URL's are apparently unencrypted, but everything else is supposed to be)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every site should have SSO to an IDP (Identity Provider) of your choice, e.g. Microsoft or Google, thus eliminating passwords, but SSO usually comes with added cost or is not available.

Lastpass allows the following
A 1 stop shop for storing passwords securly
An easy way to share securly passwords for an account with users or group of users
Confidance that passwords are not being reused, weak, or comprimised via the security portal.

Best feature set, great across platforms

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is having it everywhere: my phone, my tablets, my desktop, my laptop. I’m never without a necessary password.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since the change of MacOS apps, I occasionally have trouble with it in Safari.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It simply would not be possible to manage the proliferation of passwords these days without a good manager. The ability to store all kinds of other sensitive information in there is a huge advantage.
