Works well but concerned about previous data hacks

It is very easy to use and I like the user experience.

I'm worried about previous data breaches.

Takes away the problem of needing to remember all my passwords.

Sometimes when I get logged out, the program will make me log in multiple times.

When any s/w provider deprecates existing features to charge subscription -- avoid them

Everything in the free plan was great. Across device syncs. Good auto login systems
What do you dislike about the product?
Bad management - they removed existing features and put that in their paid plans - this essentially tells everyone they have a paucity of ideas and will charge you for features that were free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You want to ensure that you don't re-use any passwords while maintaining complexity of passwords.

LastPass is the Most Reliable and Best Password Manager
What do you like best about the product?
I love that LastPass allows you to create shared passwords with Teams, that it has maximum provisioning features, audit trails, the mobile app is a lifesaver, that you are able to export your passwords to a .CSV file, and so many more features. I've used LastPass since before the Heartbleed attack in 2014 and it was the site that the U.S. Department of Defense had everyone go to in order to confirm whether or not a particular site had been patched after Heartbleed, which was the single largest internet attack since the inception of the internet. I've been using LastPass that long and wouldn't change it for anything. The price point is perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no downsides to using LastPass, only upsides!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LastPass solves the problem of tracking passwords for entire organizations and controlling access for users. It also allows me to know when someone is trying to access something they shouldn't be accessing my sending alerts of attempted logons. It is a fantastic tool that I use at an organization I have worked, large or small.
LastPass is a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
All my passwords are kept safe, encrypted, and 2-factor authenticated so I don't have to worry. I have hundreds of logins, and I have a different strong password for each, and I cannot imagine what it would be like to manage that on paper. I use it many times every day, both in my personal affairs and in my professional work as a teacher.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's not easy to get passwords stored into LastPass, though I have found that they have made improvements. A few times I have ended up in a situation where I created a password and it did not get stored automatically. My work-around is that I just copy the password into the clipboard in case it doesn't store, so I can store it manually. Most of the time it does store manually and I don't have to (then I just copy something else to clear my password out of the clipboard).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LastPass stores my passwords. Once they are in, I don't have to worry. I don't even think about passwords anymore. I also use the Multi-Factor Authentication app, and it works seamlessly with barely any thought.
Great Service for Price and Security
What do you like best about the product?
Always follows me. I use it on my computer or my mobile phone. Never have to worry about what is that password. Super easy to use. I recommend it to all my friends.

I have not found any downsides about LastPass

This is a great tool to manage passwords, especially as a security feature for HIPAA compliance. LastPass is easy to use and accessible and offers multi-factor authentication to support privacy and compliance. There is also a feature for dark web monitoring.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version of LastPass only supports one device which can be inconvenient for individuals using multiple devices (e.g., mobile, desktop, laptop).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having multiple passwords is very difficult to manage especially for professional use to maintain HIPAA compliance. It is a more secure password manager that also supports other features, including multi factor authentication and dark web monitoring.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used this for 20 years and it was my 1st password mgr and remains to this day my first and only choice to control all my life.

NOTHING at all as it works better than all the rest
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without LP I have no acess to my entire life--so it solves me having my entire life.
