You can't live without this!!!!!
What do you like best about the product?
Last Pass is a great password manager tool for a busy IT department or any department as a matter of fact. Have passwords all over the place? Have passwords on an unsecure spread sheet? Look no further. The nice part about Last Pass is it keeps track and updates the passwords as you go. I could not do my job without it. We also use secure notes and credit card storage for our corperate credit cards.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really no obvious downside to using Last Pass. I will say sometimes editing a secure note or a passwrd can be tricky especially if its shared by another person, which then forces your to recreate the entry so that you can edit it on your own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Last Pass solves many problems, especially if someone leaves the company, we can recover password vaults easily and reassign them to another person covering that role.

Password managers save a lot of time in a businesss environment and reduce the risk of different accounts being hacked. LastPass is very good at allowing you to share specific logins with the people or teams that need access.

LastPass @ work
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about LastPass is its seamless integration and ease of use. It effortlessly fills in my login credentials across all my devices, saving me time and frustration. The interface is intuitive, making it simple to store, organize, and access my passwords.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps the biggest concern surrounding LastPass is its history of security incidents. In 2022, LastPass suffered a significant data breach where hackers gained access to encrypted user vault data. Although the data was encrypted, the incident raised serious concerns about the platform's overall security and trustworthiness. This has led many users to seek alternative password managers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In today's digital world, we have accounts on numerous websites and services, each ideally requiring a unique and strong password. Remembering all these passwords is practically impossible for most people.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the vault function which separates different passwords by website that I'm working in.
What do you dislike about the product?
The website doesn't allow you to mute notifications if you choose not to save a password; the notifications will keep popping up everytime you use the website that you're nopt using LastPass for, by saying something along the lines of "Do you want to save your password? YES or NOT NOW".
I would love to see something that says "YES or NO, NO NEED TO REMIND ME".

LastPass is Worthwhile
What do you like best about the product?
My wife and I utilize LastPass on 5 devices, including a Windows laptop and 4 IOS and MacOS devices. We use the family plan and keep track of inidividual and shared accounts for work, personal finance, e-commerce and other applications. It is easy to install and use, and supports apps, as well as web-based sites. It is especially helpful in assessing the strength of passwords that we choose, and it also supports passwordless operation. LastPass is especially alert about seeing new apps and sites and recording their credentials.
What do you dislike about the product?
The toughest part of using LastPass -- if you're serious about getting feedback on duplicated passwords -- is setting up domain equivalence. This is required when multiple sites/apps utilize a centralized security system or site providing single sign-on. It can be accomplished, but the setup seems a bit awkward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LastPass is enabling me to utilize more secure authentication to apps/sites that I use than I would have otherwise. I am changing passwords with more regularity and less worry than before.
The perfect solution for organisations to store/share login credentials
What do you like best about the product?
I like the extention which easily intergrates with all browsers I am using. We utilise the shared folders and limit access within the company
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have much negative side to go over on the customer point of view but we have had initial issues with federation at the start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the comprimisation of users risking password sharing unprotected and also storing passwords where it can easily by accessed by others.
