SAP Business Technology Platform is a powerful tool to help a business succeed.
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how adaptable the SAP Business Technology Platform is; no matter what business processes we add or tweak, this platform can manage every single element to meet our needs. It's easy to organize, and it offers a defined method that, when followed, may uncover additional data, leads, and information to help you succeed. I like how SAP Business Technology Platform allows you to truly connect your complete company process, allowing you to manage both your customers and your internal procedures.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some automation might be overly complicated at times. For example, the flow builder is a fantastic tool, but I wish there was more guidance on how to utilize it. It might take time and frustration to get to the point where you can access and comprehend SAP Business Technology Platform. Because the SAP Business Technology Platform contains so much information, it might be difficult to adapt and train new users on how to utilize it. Having said that, I don't like the fact that each instance of SAP Business Technology Platform is unique to the firm for which you work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are various departments in any firm; SAP Business Technology Platform helps us to stay organized and operate together without issues. SAP BTP can centralize all of our business procedures for each department. The ability to consolidate all data in monitoring a client's life cycle and internal procedures. It enables you to delve into the data, analyze customer reports, and watch internal process progress. Discovering fresh leads and better data is critical; SAP Business Technology Platform assists us in finding better leads, which leads to concluded sales and improved prospects.

What do you dislike about the product?
SAP BTP is an excellent tool for experienced professionals to implement successful business strategies. However, the complex network of applications can be challenging to roll out due to a shortage of training tools. Better training is required to roll out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use SAP BPT for our ERP and CRM implementation. The metadata generated from the BPT module is highly beneficial in analyzing data and improves the overall efficiency of business operations.

SAP Business Technology Platform provides a one-stop solution for all company needs, allowing us to manage all of our client details, data, and billing information in one place, making it easier for all teams to work together. Another wonderful aspect of SAP Business Technology Platform is the integration with numerous applications. What I like best about SAP BTP is that we can modify it internally to meet our specific needs. This is a really outstanding feature in SAP Business Technology Platform that enables many customers to preserve their records the way they desire.

I think the search feature in SAP BTP needs some upgrades. We must enter a specific word to search for any item. Sometimes the refresh rates are slower; new information takes time to appear. Uploads can be time-consuming owing to latency, and data takes time to appear in the system. Furthermore, there are too many buttons, which leads to user confusion.

SAP Business Technology Platform includes several tools that assist me keep all of my work-related records up to date and easily accessible. We've always desired the finest CRM for our clients and internal teams; SAP Business Technology Platform provides us with everything we need in one place; we use it for the sales team to monitor their separate victories and for customer complaints with email notifications. Customers' concerns are always a priority, and the sales force assists us in keeping track of them all in one spot.

While dealing with connectors with other third-party apps to enable sophisticated customisation, governor restrictions were a difficult play to come by. The creation of certain functionality is limited, and each service is expensive. Because we primarily service millions of data-driven records, successfully managing them in projects was difficult with our outdated platform. We give data to end users without worrying about back-end infrastructure, OS patches, or network strain with SAP Business Technology Platform as a cloud partner. Furthermore, the speed with which projects may be provided to clients is astounding. Along with Conga CPQ capabilities, the SAP Business Technology Platform enables us to develop an effective sales process. We can give our clients with the whole cart menu while keeping your information and communicating as swiftly and securely as possible.

Clean Core, No code/Low code applications, Mutitarget applications, Integration services and intelligent services make SAP BTP a one-stop shop for customers. SAP BTP is future for ERP products.

As its new and evolving platform for service offerings, SAP should focus more on educating consultants, partners & customers on this platform with more learning resources and trail accounts.

As an SAP consultant, I believe SAP BTP helps customers in their digital transformation journey for an intelligent enterprise where business-focused solutions can be built and deployed faster and easier.

This program requires an information technology degree to understand how to make bulk uploads to the database. A defect in SAP Business Technology Platform can cause duplicate records or other difficult-to-resolve difficulties in a variety of ways. What I detest the most is that when you establish boards with a huge number of users, they frequently provide insufficient information and take a long time to load, additionally, I'm not sure why the statistics and information of each team member may differ.
