What do you like best about the product?
SAP Business Technology Platform helping us to optimise our SAP programs and improved user experience in terms real time data availability, quick data view on dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
SAP Business Technology Platform is excellent in terms of enriching user experience but it isn't very easy to integrate with non-sap server
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP BTP is helping us to analyze data from the SAP S/4 Hana system and provide in-depth insights reports to management.

What do you like best about the product?
- it is a giant umbrella under which multiple platforms like app integration, analytics, and db management are available. so it offers a unified view on all the data across multiple systems

handling multiple platforms under 1 portfolio requires lots of authentication and integration and requires a lot of time to setup

What do you like best about the product?
With the SAP ecosystem, SAP BTP is the best platform for end-to-end application needs. The tool is simple to use and comes up with good learning documents. It is highly scalable, especially with SAP-based applications. It comes up with multiple integrations, such as AI, Cloud Analytics etc., that give a 360-degree view of the applications hosted.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to its competitors, the user experience can be improved as someone new to the SAP world faces initial challenges. Product pricing is also on the higher side and could be more aggressive. The AI services are not much matured and would need rolling updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our applications are hosted using the SAP BTP, providing end-to-end application visibility. Cross-teams use this platform to deploy their applications. Its integrations are helping to have a complete configuration.

SAP BTP sometimes faces performance and system integration issues even though it supports coding multiple services. For consultants, it is still required to code in UI5 for fiori based applications

The platform is occasionally sluggish and the load time is lengthy; also, being a multi-tenant platform, there are numerous constraints to what you can do with the app, developers can become entangled in the sales force environment, making it impossible to escape. I dislike how glitchy it can be at times; I also wish it was more accessible and easier to use for reporting; and I wish I didn't have to manually update my current reports; they simply update automatically.

On a daily basis, the SAP Business Technology Platform makes it simple for everyone to keep up to date and connected. It's single stop for all subscriptions of the applications like integrations sute, sap cap, sap irpa. This subscriptions can be done based on subscription model, pay as u go and monthly subscriptions

The variety and different flavors for integration and automation of a vast variety of applications in a single platform without using multiple tools or solutions

It can be a bit overwhelming, at least at the beginning, provided the huge variety of configurations, APIs and integrations available; it´s a lot if you didn´t plan it beforehand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well, the automation for customer interactions is rarely found in just one tool; often, we have to use more than one solution and cross-reference the results in order to get the results that we got on SAP BTP alone
