My experience using SAP BTP
What do you like best about the product?
SAP BTP is awesome tool for database management. It is very easier data analytics with this tool, provides security to the data and helping in identity managing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is good about SAP BTP, nothing to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP BTP is helping us in storage of large and different forms of data. Also it is very helpful while it comes to recovery of data.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating SAP Business Technology Platform with other systems or applications. We have used this for GST integration in our India system. It has helped seamlessly integrate functionality required.
Most convoluted accounting system I have ever used - not user friendly to use

When I exit SAP - that is the best part of using SAP

It is not user intuitive and is very convoluted to use. Personally, I have used better accounting software programs that work effectively and are easy and user friendly.

SAP Business Technology Platform helps us manage our Data structure, Innovate our developed programs, and increase forecast accuracy; the best part is prebuilt content.

SAP Business Technology Platform is Integrated with our exisitng SAP S/4 Hana server and we had faced issue integration. Otherwise no issue found.

The flexibility to construct functions without the need of code tools, the platform's resilience and scalability, and regular product upgrades maintain the implementation secure, the features of SAP Business Technology Platform allow me to easily segregate my accounts using reports; with each account, I can generate opportunities, save opportunity notes, and keep track of my account history. It's simple to understand and use, even for beginners, the finest features include configurable dashboards, customer engagement tools, lead tracking, task management, and Einstein analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
SAP Business Technology Platform Async Apex and no-code tools are tough to debug; greater platform customizability would be beneficial; and migration of code and configuration between businesses might be more efficient and easier. I didn't locate an event that would help with page load time; developers coming from web forms architecture will seek for this event, I wish the boards would refresh faster; I have to do a manual refresh every time I visit them. However, querying data has certain restrictions, such as querying as SQL and relying on regular SAP Business Technology Platform version changes, which occasionally disrupt my existing flow functionality.

What do you like best about the product?
SAP Business Technology Platform is ideal for organizations experiencing rapid growth. It is very customizable and can be integrated with other applications; it is simple to use, and the information is simple to collect and digest. In summary, I've been able to organize my own sales channel much better with the organization's capabilities and lists for recapturing potential clients; I love the reports and panels that I can create in SAP Business Technology Platform; and I can visualize numbers very well for the executive team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support community is not very active since it is difficult to find answers to queries, certain things are highly twisted and hidden, there are numerous steps to go for an action, and occasionally the SAP Business Technology Platform crashes and takes forever to load. I don't believe this is a major issue, but it always takes longer than necessary, which might be inconvenient, It may be difficult to work with SAP BTP at times; it would be wonderful to have more useful tutorials on how to design dashboards and make reports, as well as how to retrieve data depending on what we need.
