Use of Asset Manager (SAM)
What do you like best about the product?
Flexible platform with a standard product that allows adding layers of enhancements within good development practices. 1000 users using it with 16x7 shifts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of skilled professionals for the adoption of solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Offline scheduling of railway maintenance with Rolling Stock, Railway Network, Infrastructure, and Electroelectronics.
Many possibilities in one integrated platform
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is that we can build many systems and build our own solutions in one integrated platform. It integrates very well with all the SAP and non SAP systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
We should have a better way to distribute the credits (costs) along the solutions. We have one instance that attends many companies in the same platform and we would like to know how much each company is consuming of our CPEA credits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration between different systems (Integration Suite), Cloud specialist and customized developments. In the future we intend to use it to make the S/4 core clean.

SAC Review
What do you like best about the product?
I use SAP Analytics Cloud in my day to analyze the company's consolidated numbers, to validate P&L numbers vs. budget and to understand opex numbers vs. budget. I also use it to input the annual budget for depreciation and amortization as the Modeler owner.
SAC is a great tool for creating analyzes based on data entered into the system. It's easy to create a report that makes sense for the analysis you want.
Regarding the creation of the budget for depreciation and amortization, the modeler works very well, with a link between projects and the calculation of depreciation based on inputs in the system

What do you dislike about the product?
The navigation between reports and the use of filters is a little deficient and not so fluid to do.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAC was able to solve the company's information consolidation problem and facilitated the creation of the annual budget. With SAC, it was possible to create analyzes in much faster ways and with the certainty that we have accurate information
Difficult do give access and maintain. Many incidents this year.
What do you like best about the product?
I don`t get yet the benefits. We came from a migartion from SAP ECC EHP6 Non-Unicode on-premise to a SAP ECC EHP7 on HANA hosted at SAP ECS. And the solution was part of the migration to subtitute PIGRC (Document Compliance) and some FTP integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to know how to connect it to SAP ECC. Even the partner wasn`t sure. We`ve created a P-User to do it. Is it really the right way? This year we experienced three very high incidents with BTP. One of them took 14 hours to solve and you have to keep someone checking the e-mail constantly because SAP Support never ever call the customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Know we use it for Document Compliance (Brazilian NF-e) and to integrate with Transportation Partners using SFTP.
A Wonderful tool for financial analysis and reporting
What do you like best about the product?
- Easy to understand.
- Very practical to develop new views and to change any calculations to better reflect the business
- There are so many resources available that give you the sensation you can do anything
- I like the way it looks like an open page and you can draw it reflecting the business complexity.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Sometimes the complexity of the tool, and the big range of information, make it hard for the final users to develop their own reports and views. I mean, especially If they were not involved in the structure construction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My financial master data of information is stored in the same place with great granularity, making me able to perform analysis and report data with intelligence and accuracy.
A lot of services available for S/4HANA solutions extensions
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to learn and a lot of missions with "how to's".
What do you dislike about the product?
Price of NEO solutions. SAP would incentivate with credits for customer to migrate to Integration Suite (CF solution) for example, because we pay for connection and has project costs to migrate.

The experience and facility usage for technical process, it is most important for companies and procedures that depending the plataform.

The cost is expensive for companies and the approvals are dificult internally.

What do you like best about the product?
SAC and BPC are really usefull for us to connect different areas and guarantee that we have consistency in the numbers and analysis. Also, its an easy to use tool.

As we are in the cloud with a shared service we have already experienced some delays on performance. Also, as its an always updated solution, we have sometimes issues and bugs that we have a hard time receiving feedbacks and fix
