The SAP Business Technology Platform brings all the automation and technology platforms under one roof. Which will surely reduce the headache for all the project managers and automation tester.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't specifically see any dislike point in the SAP Business technology platform as I have been using this earlier. By the time I might think about some suggestions to be added in the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP Business technology platform is reducing the time spent looking at different places. As all the automation and analytical processes are at once place so all the developers will work under one roof only.

SAP Business Technology is super easy to use and the training modules are super helpful.

Difficult to navigate the training system at first but it does get easier.

SAP enables use to implement ERP using a coud based system. It really helps us run smooth and effieciently in the workplace.

What do you like best about the product?
It gives much value to the speed with which it processes and transforms the data, performing these procedures like no other program on the market. Without a doubt, its options for analysis and management of large amounts of data are exceptional. It has endless options for planning, and you can also obtain high-quality reports within the platform. Options for developing very complete applications, the work interface is very attractive and easy to understand, the tool undoubtedly saves a lot of time because its process automation options are very complete, and the solution for the organization of sales of the company is better than any. It has options to complement what is already running with SAP BTP. You have so many solutions that I think it is difficult to get such robust and complex software for the IT area.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few flaws that the program has; I think it should improve the online training since not all users have knowledge about SAP tools, and really, the software has many tools, and you have to provide guided training at all times. I would like more compatibility with mobile devices, but I see this option as far away since the application is very robust to provide services of this type. If you could create a lightweight application, it would be very useful to enjoy the benefits of the software from my smartphone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, SAP BTP is responsible for the maintenance work of our company; it is also a powerful tool that gives us complete data analysis for interpretation by the IT staff of the company, customer evaluation, and support organization. It is also a powerful ally for the technological development of our services, providing robust automation and paying off in the areas of web development and corporate applications. Another important point I want to explain is its use in the cloud. Since most of our applications are developed in this way, SAP technology services are a great ally. I hope to continue enjoying this tool in the future.

What do you like best about the product?
It has many user-friendly features in the SAP BTP repository, offering many functions to seamlessly integrate with other local SAP systems. There are many use cases for this platform. It helps us manage our data structure, innovate our developed programs, and increase the accuracy of forecasts; the best part is the pre-designed content. I can integrate my systems smoothly, scale my resources efficiently, and have access to excellent security features. Additionally, we have many development tools and services to work with, all accessible through the cloud. I can also generate insights from analysis and reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is integrated with our existing SAP S/4Hana server and we had integration issues, although they have been resolved, we occasionally have some technical problems, such as performance, security, compatibility, and configuration. The good thing is that the platform has a solid support system and a community of experts who can help resolve any issue. I don't like how they reflect the cost of each component because it is not well defined, which makes it difficult to understand how much will be charged exactly when activating each service. I think the cost of each component should be well defined on the SAP BTP homepage.

It helps me manage our data structure, improving and innovating our applications, I benefit greatly from its great ability to solve various problems, it helps me seamlessly integrate different systems and scale my resources as needed. Additionally, it gives me peace of mind with top-level security features, its wide range of development tools and analytics and reporting knowledge, it helps me optimize processes and make data-driven decisions and drive innovation. With SAP BTP I can send data to our cloud-hosted environment, we also use it to develop ABAP and Fiori applications without code, this is very useful for SAP event mesh and similar use cases.

If everything is running in the cloud and none of your business apps are on-premise, SAP Business Technology Platform is more appropriate. For non-business applications, the SAP Business Technology Platform is less suitable.
