Exceptional User Experience and Simplicity
What do you like best about the product?
The user experience of the interface is quite good. Additionally, deploying an application or service within a subaccount is fast. IAS via IPS provisioning and user management also work well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some specific information can be difficult to locate. For example, if you want to deploy an application in the Zürich location, this option is not listed directly. As a result, you have to search through SAP notes to understand why this is the case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It lessens the necessity of being an expert in specific areas and enables system administrators to work independently. This, in turn, enhances productivity and increases the opportunity to develop proofs of concept.

What do you like best about the product?
Covers most important areas like s/4hana extension, all types of integration, custom development and various AI services. The product is continually updated and taken care of
What do you dislike about the product?
New features/products are being released in a not very ready state with bugs. Lack of documentation or information in certain areas, for example for Cloud Foundry runtime

Enabling faster development of extensions and integrations, staying competitive by tailoring solutions to our needs. OCR workflows for enabling source-to-pay business processes help a lot
Comprehensive Suite Accelerates Clean Core Strategy and Business AI Value
What do you like best about the product?
BTP offers comprehensive suite of products to make our clean core strategy effective. The SAP work zone , SAP Build APP and SAP BPA to name few . SAP AI services complement and accelerate the development & deployment of applications and help business to realise more value through SAP Business AI
What do you dislike about the product?
Though the calculators available for estimate consumption, the predictability of cost of ownership is still not completely transparent. This is very important when it comes to AI Units

Keep the core clean , leverage Business accelerator Hub for using prebuilt APIs & Integration, leverage BPA to bringing intelligent automation of Tasks .

What I appreciate about SAP BTP is that it offers a wide range of services to meet various requirements. Everything is cloud-based and always accessible, so there is no need to manage systems yourself.

SAP Business Technology Platform provides robust integration and development features, but its complexity may pose difficulties for newcomers. Certain services require significant effort to master, and the pricing structure is not always straightforward to predict. Furthermore, the documentation and navigation between various tools could be more user-friendly to enhance the overall experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform has enabled us to publish custom applications, providing a unified access point and allowing us to develop integrations and workflows tailored to all our requirements. As a result, we have significantly reduced the time spent on development.

SAP BTP is now the core for the cloud services for SAP. Central point to use all the services and all have AI integrated now with all services. SAP joule adds value to all services.

SAP BTP more developing for cloud services and SAP services of the cloud platform with SAP S/4 HANA , SAP HANA cloud, SAP Cloud ERP, SAP Business Cloud

One central platform to all the services. Integrated in better way and lot of services with AI and Automation. Ready to use and Scalable solutions and regular updates.

Navigating multiple services, tools, and configurations can feel overwhelming, and the documentation, while extensive, can sometimes be scattered or difficult to follow. Pricing can also be a challenge, as costs may become high or unpredictable depending on usage and service combinations. Additionally, deployment and integration steps can require specialized expertise, which may slow down adoption for smaller teams.

SAP BTP helps tackle a lot of the everyday challenges that come with managing complex systems. For me, the biggest problem it solves is bringing data and processes together in one place. Instead of juggling different tools or dealing with messy integrations, everything connects more smoothly, which saves time and reduces errors.

What I appreciate most about SAP Business Technology Platform is its comprehensive and integrated nature. Once you become familiar with the interface, it is quite user-friendly, particularly due to the low-code tools. Although the initial implementation was more challenging than I anticipated, the available documentation, as well as the community and customer support, helped me overcome those hurdles. I regularly use the platform to build integration projects between SAP S/4HANA and external applications, and it has proven to be reliable. The integration capabilities truly stand out, and as a consultant, I have been able to learn a variety of tools quickly thanks to the extensive product catalogue. Overall, the platform feels designed for scalability and innovation, rather than being just another technical solution.

Even though I use SAP BTP regularly, I still frequently consult the documentation. Overall, SAP BTP has significant potential, but it requires patience and consistent practice to use it effectively in everyday tasks.

Powerful Platform with Impressive AI, but Room to Grow
What do you like best about the product?
It's the future platform for developing and operating apps. On the one hand I get the power from SAP with AI, I can easily increase my speed of development
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, it brings complexity into the operations team. As soon as an error occurs, it's more complicated to find it. The rights management is sometimes too simple to handle the requirements of the DEV team. The cannot access with read only at any part of the platform, so they are not able to analyse stuff by themselves
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It brings new technology into business. Operating all offered services by ourselves is impossible. This is the reason for a better time to market solution.
