What do you like best about the product?
SAP Business Technology Platform is very helpful because it makes everything work together so easily. This makes managing complicated systems a lot easier. We can also connect different third-party apps, and that's possible with automatic processes and smooth data flow.
SAP BTP helps us understand things in real-time, so we can make quick choices based on the most up-to-date data. It can be changed and scaled up or down to fit the needs of our business and save us money at the same time.

What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up SAP Business technology can be hard, cost a lot at first and over time, need a lot of customisation, and require changes that take a lot of time and effort.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) lets us integrate business tools and makes tough business tasks easier to carry out. There is a flexible cloud-based setting at work that lets me make my own apps and quickly connect SAP to other systems. The process is automated and the data is more consistent because of smooth merging capabilities. This means that less work has to be done by hand and operations are run more efficiently. BTP's tracking tools also let you see what's going on right now, which helps you decide what to do.

It is low code platform. So It can dull your coding skills.

The time neededto get used to it. It's always hard to learn a new program/ecosystem. Though SapBus makes it easy compared to others

What do you like best about the product?
It was very quick to get-in-touch with a customer service agent. There are lots of buttons to click around and explore.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer service agent was unprofessional. The services are not laid out in a way for lay-people to understand, and it seems as though this platform is a business scam, the more I try to navigate it. I would stay away. I am sure that there are plenty of other platforms out there that do a much better job of what services they offer.
