What do you dislike about the product?
- Price intensive
- Bug fixing takes a long time
- Bad documentation (especially new features)
- A lot of B2B functions incomplete
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Spryker as our e-commerce solution and customer frontend. We have very extensive product data (3 million SKUs, 8 million images, 60 million technical attributes, etc.) and a use lot of APIs.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility and customization is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Search is not very good. However, the settings for the filters are not intuitive and very difficult to adjust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its very good that we can connect many different Systems with spryker. So we can get the best possible out of all systems

What do you like best about the product?
Spryker makes it easy to manage out of the box as well as individually implemented features and the back end is easy to handle for any user.
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementing new and individually developed features is a not-so-easy task and may require a lot of know-how and development resources. Also, the decision between concrete products or variants when it comes to the way the assortment is displayed has a huge impact on how the search works - and it does not work properly or as expected when you go for variants which is a must for a wide and/or deep product range in order to keep the assortment clear. So the search is a big pain point thet needs to be optimized urgently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speeding up the shopping experience in a B2B environment and helped us going a step further in digitalization

What do you like best about the product?
Future proof architecture will continue to evolve with our business needs and shouldn't require replacing
What do you dislike about the product?
Being a reasonably new eCommerce solution, some integrations with common platforms are entirely new grounds for Spryker
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to replicate future instances of marketplaces with relatively low cost to implementation was very attractive for us

What do you like best about the product?
Using Spryker, we can develop to our exact complex specifications while having the ability to replicate the marketplace for future business applications. The modular infrastructure gives us confidence that we will never need to rebuild from scratch again.
What do you dislike about the product?
Spryker typically relies on 3rd party systems to be integrated for robust functionality. If you are relying on out-of-the-box features for a majority of the solution, then Spryker may struggle to meet all of your business requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Spryker for its multi-vendor functionality and ability to replicate the store front and cross borders with ease. This is core to our growth strategy and something Spryker handles natively.

What do you like best about the product?
The modularity of Spryker makes it a good choice for business. It makes it easy to turn features on and off. Compared to other competitors, the tech stack is more modern, which makes maintenance and security risks more manageable. The documentation is very thorough. The implementation went quickly and smoothly. The Spryker team was able to quickly develop to the needs of our company and handle last-minute changes. Sprykers's communication during the project was amazing. They were responsive and I never felt we were waiting for answers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Modularity is a double-edged sword. Although Spryker has a lot of OOTB features, you're usually going to have to integrate with many systems. Each of these touchpoints is a point of failure. In addition, the US market is still relatively new for Spryker which required us to decide best-practice in some areas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Modernizing and enhancing our current shopping cart experience. Having Spryker be the integrator has helped with development as no one knows their product better.

Exceptional procurement and scoping process!

What do you like best about the product?
Our company is in the midst of a large-scale digital transformation with a lot of different software vendors at play. The Spryker pre-sales team offered exceptional strategic advice and brought in their solution architect to not only scope the Spryker solution but also work through a capability mapping exercise and integrations with the other vendors. They were open and honest with us throughout the process and were a very friendly team to work with. We see them being great long-term partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot to say in this box...they were great.

The only limitation we had was that to manage the product internally we will need to recruit/contract a PHP developer, which is easily manageable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving 3 key problems with Spryker:
1. Taking some of the processing load off our ERP system, Netsuite, to speed it up
2. Handling the complexities of a franchise system to enable us to accelerate our digital presence into eCommerce
3. Deliver a highly customized Point-of-Sale system that we were not able to achieve from the many vendors we assessed
