Data + Project management made easy
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable allows users with little technical background to navigate and create bases at ease while allowing more technical users the ability to develop and integrate scripts to data + project workflows. The built-in apps and third-party data syncs have been incredibly helpful in filling in process gaps. The Airtable community has been fantastic at providing creative solutions for intricate problems and the customer support is quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable interface is not as robust as it could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating mass data manipulation using low-code functionalities that our day to day operators can use to optimize their workflows.

Airtable: Swiss Army Knife for Business
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is amazing and super flexible. In our design agency we have used it to run collaborative workshops, write functional requirements, track bugs, and manage large-scale projects. The great thing about Airtable is that its super easy to create customized tools that support our work. It essentially replaces 4-5 other SaaS products. The other thing that jumped out us is the attention to the user experience. As a design agency that evaluates software and websites, we immediately saw that that UX has a seat at the table - kudos!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when I wish it allowed more Excel-like functionality. Being able to calculate and use specific cells as variables in other locations would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to quickly create custom applications to meet project needs. It essentially replaces multiple subscription-based SaaS products.
Intuitive, Robust, and Highly Effective at Simplifying the Complex
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Airtable to help improve many business process flows and data organization. Before we implemented Airtable on our team, everyone was using different tools to manage their work, but no one knew what it was that we were doing collectively, as a team. Now, everyone has visibility into who is doing what and when it needs to occur. We've automated tasks, we've built out templates, and everyone is more efficient because of it. The effort to go from nothing to something that simplifies the complex was very little... it's easy to use, intuitive, and aligns nicely with applications that folks are already aware of and using daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, the only downside I can think of about using Airtable is the lack of automation capabilities compared to say, Make or Zapier, but it has drastically improved over the last couple of years. Ideally I'd love to keep everything within Airtable, but, have had to utilitize Make and Zapier at times.
Other than that, there really is no downside to using Airtable.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I stated earlier, we were very disorganized as a team before implementing Airtable. Everyone had their own way of tracking tasks and projects and the right arm didn't know what the left arm was doing. Implementing Airtable has not only made us more efficient by using automations, but also to simply understand where bottlenecks occur and provide insights into our plan, tasks, strategy overall.
Solves multiple problems
What do you like best about the product?
We've been able to solve a few problems across different bases within Airtable; a cross-departmental calendar system with filters that provide different views for different teams and use-cases, and a work intake process to track workloads, deadlines and status. Automations have alleviated the need for emails and centralized project status, and for each problem we wanted to solve, it was easy to find a feature that met our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are still managing projects in another software, although using Airtable's timeline, filters and list features to make better sense of the work. Ideally, moving fully into Airtable would be ideal, but we manage projects at the task-level, with multiple reviews, approval and long conversations within, so the current features don't really meet our needs (and we have far too many projects happening simultaneously to adapt).

Amazing System!
What do you like best about the product?
Aitable provides dashboards and spreadsheets that are easy to manipulate and view whatever data you are looking for. One of the things I love most about Airtable is that they are always looking to improve. They do an incredible job of communicating with users on any updates that they make. The interefaces, which are their dashboards, are extremely user friendly to put together but also look great for external users. We utilize Airtable every day to contain all of our data for a hard money lending business, flipping business and for rentals. Airtable is completely customizable, but they also provide templates to help give you a solid starting point. If I ever have any issues with formulas or making a view or interface do what I need it to do I know customer support will get back to me in less thatn 24 hours with a solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is extremely easy to update fields - this is a pro and a con. We have a few users who need to update certain fields but I'm always cleaning up some of the data to make sure there aren't duplicates or blank spaces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spreadsheets for everyone to view, dashboards for anyone to see and also easy to track where are business is at. It also has automations that we utilize to make our company more efficient.
I unironically carry an Airtable tote bag
What do you like best about the product?
Allows multiple systems to be contained in the same place, and to be visualized in ways that work for each of my teammates—so I'm basically in it every day, if not every hour. Easy to pick up. Small quality of life improvements, like simple sorting/filtering and forms that integrate with spreadsheets or Google Docs. I've been able to implement it for multiple new teams without much up-front time drain. I've started keeping personal organization in here, too, from my spreadsheet of library books to event registration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Small bugs like routine refreshes in my Project Management app that kick me out mid-sentence, or quality of life improvements like the ability to make an expanded notes field bigger. My colleagues who work directly with customer support, particularly over billing (we're a tax exempt org), have found that experience frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team has many functions that my operations colleagues and I support—event planning, website management, communications, sponsor highlights, project management, staff professional development—and Airtable continues to make that more and more streamlined, without forcing me to hop between multiple apps and systems to complete my day's work. Every several months, one of the new features makes a huge positive impact on the way I do my work; most recently, the Project Management app conveniently came out right as I took over office project management, and saved me immense time, letting me hit the ground running instead of taking ages to design a functional tasklist for disorganzied projects.
Making streamlining workflows easy - and fun!
What do you like best about the product?
I have enjoyed using Airtable in my work as both a freelancer and an event manager for years! Airtable makes it so easy to customize your workflows, and standardize them across teams. Using Airtable, I was able to design a set of bases that saves our team an estimated 50 hours of work a week. We use Airtable all day, every day, and it was so easy to integrate these tools into our existing work flows.
I appreciate all the great work the Airtable team puts into releasing product updates and keeping users informed. There are also so many great resources that aid in learning how to maximize your use of Airtable.

What do you dislike about the product?
I realize that there can be what feels like a huge learning curve when first getting started on Airtable. But as I said, Airtable provides ample resources for users to learn quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable has helped solve gaps in communication across teams in our department. This has made my workflows feel more seamless and efficient.
Airtable is now my home page to everything
What do you like best about the product?
I've been in my role for just over two years, and from the start, one of my boss's main goals was to transition everything—and I mean everything—into Airtable. As we're in events and programming, this meant using Airtable for revenue tracking, event management, inquiries, and even creating and storing contracts. It quickly became a key part of my daily workflow.
Airtable's user-friendly interface makes it simple to navigate, and I’ve found the community "how-to" pages incredibly helpful for seamless integration. I also appreciate the platform's flexibility; it's highly customizable, allowing each user to tailor it to their unique needs.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I wish there were more pre-programmed widgets or apps to use, especially in forms I find myself coding and script-writing quite a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable makes it possible to keep everything we do in one place, which is incredible. AND, each view can be tailored to fit exactly what we need.
Best tool to help communicate across different teams
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create forms, record data, and implenent marketing plans. It is extremely easy to create new bases to house the data needed. We use it to collect applications, implement marketing goals, and report end of day notes to the entire team. Automations to other applications like Slack and email is extremely powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The billing can be confusing. However using it daily, we will pay almost anything. The lack of ability to share certain interfaces without an airtable login.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us the ability to house different segments of our business to collect and report on data that is otherwise difficult to track.
