airtable great for relational databases!
What do you like best about the product?
relational databases and linking across tables
What do you dislike about the product?
expense per user is steep, and hard to intregrate with non-paid users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping track of users (individual, group, and institutional) and tracking progress indicators for multiple projects

Good overall experience
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to work with large amounts of data whiles maintaining a clean, fast performance. The ability to collaborate and manage the information that can be edited has helped us massively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd say their new pricing structure has affected a lot of the way we utilize it as we have 100+ collaborators and the pricing seems to be too high for our use case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a bump on the road when it came to creating a user management system for our newly developed mobile application. Airtable helped us bridge that gap by enabling us to use their API and connect our app's database directly to airtable and being able to manage large amount of users with a single click was second to none.
Great service to organize my work chaos
What do you like best about the product?
Love, how simple it is to create and manage a database of information related to my profession.
What do you dislike about the product?
New features are slow to be released. Wish there was more connections to Microsoft services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me find information related to my projects quickly.
Airtable has been an amazing solution for media planning and task management
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use along with consistent dependablity. The system was easy to implement and the users were able to easily digest the information provided. We use this system daily and it has saved us many man hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system updates are difficult to manage or understand. Sometimes I feel like they fix things that are not broke.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to consolidate projects and manage timelines effectively with little effort.
Robust & always down to help
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable iterates quickly and in my time using it they've released a lot of features. I'm a deep-dive kind of person, and they're always down to help me brainstorm solutions. Special shout-out to Danny for helping me figure out an insane use case with extremely weird limitations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few really specific limitations, but they've been great about hearing and logging my feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable helps us link various objects from Salesforce with robust project management and deliverable management capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that AT offers so much more than Excel. I can build upon the tool and share it with others. And it has good UI. I use it all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
AT is a wonderful tool with so many features. I wish that the instruction documents were in a better format. I have to expend some time to read them and find what I am looking for when I am stuck on how to use a feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AT automations is making my job so much easier. I am able to create notification for due dates, linked different bases, and set up automations to take care of repetitive tasks.
A Fantastic Asset to our Org
What do you like best about the product?
With a large number of individuals on our team spread throughout multiple areas, it's invaluable to have a tool like AirTable to provide one source of truth for all of our projects and tasks. This platform is used daily by my team, and without it, we wouldn't be as productive. The ease of implementation and integration into our processes has been fantastic, and it's even helped to align some of our other processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve to some features such as automation, however, the customer support with AirTable has helped tremendously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With a lot of individuals on the team and needing to have one source of truth, AirTable has helped our team become more organized and aligned on processes and projects.
Game changer for project management, internal databases, intake forms & surveys, and so much more!
What do you like best about the product?
Its ease of use and ability to automate! We use airtable for so many different use cases and it makes it so easy. We've recently starting using Airtable to notify our operations team when key activities are happening in our sales pipeline. It allows our team to react in real-time and course correct saving the business $$ across the board. We also use the form function heavily to survey our teams about experiences; intake for project requests; handoff forms between teams etc. We can also then easily build dashboards to understand the data at a high level.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the intergations (i.e. SFDC) require manually refresh to keep the data syncing. It will also fail to sync if you get logged out by your SSO rules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing real-time notifications when the changes happen in our pipeline saving the businss $$ by allowing us to proactively adjust vs. being reactive. Airtable also allows our team to track project initiatives and tasks in one place and an easy way to report on progress via the dashboard functionality.
Track work flow and client projects with ease
What do you like best about the product?
We use Airtable across our teams. From prospect tracking, onboarding, internal tickets, and project roadmaps. I love the ease of creating new tables to help us streamline our work and answer client quiries. The integrations we've set up for calendar reminders ("hey, it's been 5 days since you did X"), Slack alerts to specific teams, and client tracking have been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to Airtable is just how customizable it is. Because it can do so much, it can be easy to fall into the weeds of a table or trying to figure out how to display the data in a meaningful way. The Airtable tutorials, self-paced training, and broader community help to keep these weeds at bay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking client prospecting and onboarding. Seamlessly linking the two together to ensure a smooth handoff between tasks.
Powerful Database, Easy to Set Up
What do you like best about the product?
Initial setup is a breeze. So many functions are easily configurable. New fields (many different types) are easy to add. Complex programming is not required, but more advanced functions are available with their programming language. And the Community is very helpful when I want to do some more advanced functions.
I used to track my photography leads with Excel. No more. Airtable is SO much better. I can enter a project as a sales lead and execute it all the way through invoicing should it turn into a revenue project.
Changes are so easy. No copy and paste, no macros. It is an awesome database.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are just a few minor annoyances, but they are miniscule compared to the functionality I receive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking projects from Sales Lead to actual project. Making sure I do my followups by color coding projects based on followup needed. Tracking my workflow on active projects so I know where I am and what is needed at all times.
