Really powerfull management tool
What do you like best about the product?
1-It's very similar to a spreadsheet so it's very easy to learn how to use it.
2-All the Additional Apps that can be connected to it.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit confusing to understand and decide which app extension you need to include from the marketplace. There's no guided flow to find the different options available to solve your issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many more app extensions are being developed in a relatively short time. So any day you can solve bigger problems using those extensions. Some of them are not free.

What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to navigate and use through dragging and dropping, easy drop down options, and collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit clunky and many users have access to elements they don't need, which can be overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One stop shop for all assets in our media planning that gives access across client and agency.
Very customizable!
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best features about Airtable is the ability to customize your personal views. We use Project Execution for all our marketing assets, and it's very easy to see exactly what is in your court and color code based on the information you need to see.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be tricky to set up the software for the first time. We found out that we needed additional levels to our projects that we only found out through using the platform, but were able to go back and readjust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have a clear view of all the various assets and what stage they are in and who they are currently assigned to.
User Friendly Version of Excel on Steroids
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable makes importing data, sorting it, and manipulating it very easy and straightforward. There are a ton of functions and features that are conducive to reading information quickly. It works great as a resource center for team members to collaborate on.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many ways to use Airtable and some of the features do require getting up to speed. It can seem daunting at first. These aren't things to dislike, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is our solution for central repositories of information that can be shared with team members with varying levels of access. It makes it easy for multiple staff across the org to collaborate and contribute to one airtable and be able to share with other stakeholders who would find information in the airtable useful for their work.

There can be a bit of a learning curve for complicated tables

I use it for tracking migrations, also keeping track of our company roster and who reports to who

Flexible, and brilliant
What do you like best about the product?
It's ability to manage complexity plus simplicity. Very easy to use in a basic way, plus lots of connections to build out for different use cases. We use it for pipeline management and due diligence.
What do you dislike about the product?
Each row is a bit too inter dependant to each other. The interfaces are good build still quite basic Vs powerbi or other platforms.

Managing a big pipeline and moving away from Excel

Not quite as free as Google sheets when it comes to the formula side of things

Giving me a simple and single location for managing multitudes of data that gives me a clear over view of my data

What do you like best about the product?
Task lists, kanban boards, shared team calendars, task collaboration, and client access are some of the features that make Airtable so helpful in managing our company's tasks. We especially liked the gallery task tracking view, which differs from the Kanban view in that it does not group related functions into horizontal columns but instead sorts them according to our specifications. We also appreciated how simple it was to switch between the spreadsheet view and other task management setups, such as a Kanban board or project calendar, by clicking the arrow in the top left corner of the project tracker.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile version of Airtables is less user-friendly than the desktop version, and for some reason, you can't even access the desktop website from a mobile device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since Airtable is so intuitive, even those who aren't Excel whizzes can use it to manage databases instead of sheets. If you need to connect an app that isn't directly compatible with Airtable, you can use the integrations feature to make it work with Airtable. You can contact the company for assistance if you encounter issues while utilizing the API.
