A comprehensive low code solution for custom needs.

What do you like best about the product?
We used Airtable to track data from excel and make a data sheet. Its main purpose was to translate the data into insightful information with analytics by automatically making pi charts and flow charts. We also used it as an online data tracker with our sales and recruiter teams. The best part is its super smooth even though its on cloud and its been reliable so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customizations can get difficult for people who are not very good at tech. They do have customer success teams that are mostly prompt in helping and solving any issues that arise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it to solve the data tracking problems of our sales and recruitment teams. We need actionable insights from our data, and using excel is too clunky for our custom requirements. We would need to use 2-3+ software to do what we can do on airtable right away without any data imports and exports.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is straightforward to use and visualize data in multiple ways.
I can create tables, forms, and dashboards. I can view data as a table but also in a grid, in a kanban board, calendar, and many other ways. It is very flexible and customizable.
I like it because you can create freely and build pretty much anything.
I use it to store and organize information and build internal applications inside my company.
I also love to use it as a database for my no-code builds.
What do you dislike about the product?
Forms could be more customizable (design), and data charts could be better for visualizing information; sometimes, the existing charts don't have multiple view options, and it is hard to visualize data in a dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building internal tools, crms, collecting leads and users information, centralizing information about the company and storing information in a database while building solutions with no-code tools.

Indispensible for our agency's operations

What do you like best about the product?
The structure allowed us to build a sort of "Agency ERP", tracking client projects, contractor tasks, platform payments etc. It allowed me, as the agency owner, to spend less time on day-to-day operations management. And with PowerQuery API we've built all the necessary business analytics tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Didn't find a way to maintain one-to-one (rather than one-to-many) links between tables.

Keeping track of a multitude of operational details in the agency

What do you like best about the product?
View customization options, help you think better. And above all, the integration and automation possibilities, making it potentially complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be critical to have native integration with an internal document system (e.g., Google Drive).

Another major flaw is temporal "reminders," which are essential for building a "second brain" inside the platform, and which as of today (November 2022) are insufficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It leads me to think in a very structured way, to define all the major processes, and thus to work in a more orderly way.

As a result, it helps free the mind from having to remember all the elements of the work.

Affordable and Flexible

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable's flexibility meets all of our needs. We use it as a CRM, organize our work orders with it, maintain our operating budget, push info out to our field team and much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to Airtable that I can think of is there's a little learning curve to get it set up initially. You'll need a clear idea of how you want your system to function because there's so much functionality it can be set up infinite ways.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Airtable our business was run with a legal pad and pen. It was all but impossible to maintain. With Airtable we've been able to scale our business and the platform continues to grow with us.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easily I can put my tables in mulitple views.

I don't really dislike anything about airtable. I truly enjoy all the features I use.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy setup and configuration. Templates. Ability to create different views like Kanban, Calendar, Grouped Table Etc. Automations + Zapier connections.

Similar to Monday.com but much better than excel for a lot of things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limit on records (50000) per workspace. The charts are not intuitive. Handling of dates (sorting) is subpar. Automations can be tricky to setup. Doesnt allow grouping of multi-select fields as individual items. Eg A, B, and A&B get treated as three different groupings.

Chat feature sucks in comparison to alternatives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of creating a custom database for my product/feature/problem/tasks for product management. We also use it for managing experiments/leads/cohorts/goals on outbound sales.

It keeps information organized. Allows creating and visualizing how data is intersecting with each other. Helps me prioritize my work and manage tasks. Helps collaborate on assignment of tasks with coworkers.

What do you like best about the product?
I love and highly recommend Airtable due to it's easy to learn functionality.

Whether you are looking to use it for finance, planning, social media or team management it can easily support business owners!
What do you dislike about the product?
As your business grows Airtable becomes very expensive per seat AND is lacking in a few integration options for having a holistic workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable seamlessly helps remote businesses to collaborate, plan and manage so many different aspects of business growth at the touch of a button (or mobile phone).

It's helping both my businesses (one service-based and one product based) growth with my remote team.
