Excellent tool with amazing features for experimenting with data.
What do you like best about the product?
It has a large community and a developing collection of tools that allow you to build your own system. Airtable offers tremendous capabilities that allow us to link and monitor data and projects in ways we never could before, it's straightforward and quick to use, and I genuinely enjoy using it. Airtable can execute incredibly strong automations, interact with other platforms, and design custom user interfaces with absolutely no programming skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
You may wish to use a different tool to tell stakeholders; managing users and who has access to which databases and tables can be a bit difficult at times, but this is a small issue. They are still actively inventing the platform and regularly providing new features and upgrades; however, occasionally things roll out and Airtable takes days or weeks to alert customers about these changes; I believe they could perform a much better job of exposing their release calendar and change logs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable enables us to centralize information amongst teams that are geographically separated, ensuring that everyone has real-time access to the correct information. Airtable helps me to organize and analyze tough or impossible data in a spreadsheet, and it allows me to conduct some fairly advanced reasoning without understanding how to code. It's just fantastic to work with. Airtable is used for project management, supply chain management, engineering and design, note keeping and task management, knowledge bases, and other purposes. We're always searching for innovative methods to boost productivity or minimize friction in our operations.

Fully functional software for project management and collaboration.
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate best about Airtable is the ease with which I can design prototypes, collect research, and work with that data. The communication is effortless, and I am really pleased with the productivity advantages that Airtable has offered over other traditional alternatives such as Google Sheets, etc. Because it is web-based, it is accessible to all of my workers on any device. I enjoy the barcode scanning capability for tracking IT assets and serial numbers. API access also enables automation via email triggers and services such as Zapier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Apart from the fact that the platform is always in development, there isn't much easily available documentation outlining some of the more intricate and nuanced use cases. It might be beneficial to get more knowledge base information straight from the views.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable assists us in tracking critical data about our client base, managing processes and customer acquisition, and serving as an outstanding onboarding form and gateway. We use Airtable as our IT asset registry to keep track of what assets we have, where they are, and who uses them. Because numerous users may change the registry at the same time, we can be more productive. Airtable is a terrific daily use tool for project management and team collaboration.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact you can choose your views, create forms, and automations all with the free version!
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version recently got a bit more limited. This does make it a bit more difficult to use but it is one of the best free project management tools out there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I currently have to do a lot of work manually and airtable comes in and solves that by automating many of my tasks and gives me an overview of many things reducing time spent on mundane and insignificant items.

What do you like best about the product?
It is customizable to meet many use cases and different needs for our organization, including project and workflow management, data insights, surveys, and more. Airtable allows me to create powerful systems to support our work that can adapt to our specific existing data, processes, and systems to work more effectively; and the API enables our development team to connect data across multiple platforms for deeper insights. Airtable makes it easy to do some frustrating or impossible things in Excel, for example, attaching files to records, tracking history when collaborating, and implementing ontologies. I love the ease of use for establishing relationships in a database, it is useful when multiple data points are interrelated, and the variety of extensions and scripts is very beneficial for speeding up exports or data-related checks.
What do you dislike about the product?
As it has so many features and flexibility, the learning curve is somewhat steep, I haven't found the integrated data visualizations or the add-ons particularly useful. One disadvantage is the lack of editing access and functionality for free users within a base. We have interns, and it's frustrating that they can create a free Airtable account that can be modified and tagged, but not allow them to update any of their corresponding tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable allows me to connect data that is isolated in multiple sources and tools to deepen our knowledge. It also allows us to work in a multifunctional and effective way by providing a platform to share data and information between teams. Airtable makes it easier for me to manage more data; as a result, there are projects and challenges I would never have attempted before. Airtable helps us resolve automation redundancies and acts as a single source of truth for our information instead of relying on multiple versions of an Excel document looking for the most updated one.

Due to the fact that Airtable is a cloud-based platform, customers may view their data from any location that has an internet connection. So the degree of accessibility helped us connect our teams across varying territories and remote teams.

Great potential but disappointing experience
What do you like best about the product?
The idea of having a strong relational database program sounded promising, elevating the capabilities of other project management tools that are limited in capacity to handle large volumes of data.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the database structure is well-defined, it seriously lacks key project management features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The large data management capacity solves some of the limitations of other tools.

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable offers some wonderful features right out of the box; I really like the new Interfaces capabilities because I work with multiple customers that value having a live dashboard to view their status. Airtable is used in our company to manage a variety of procedures. It helps us to produce readily shared data and keep track of several overlapping projects. I like being able to share all of the same data while also being able to step back and construct my own views to see what important to me, and all of the connectors make it simple to remove any repetitive procedures you may need to conduct.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our main issue is that individuals are unfamiliar with Airtable, and we are not assisting them in onboarding or sharing our procedures with them; nevertheless, once people get acclimated, they tend to appreciate it. Once you get inside them, there are a few features that might make things a LOT better. I'm sure Airtable is aware of this and is working on it; in the meanwhile, I'd want to be able to convert the page designer pages to PDF files and then upload them to the same record from whence they were produced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable has assisted us in streamlining our invoicing procedures, tracking contractor information, making event registration easier, and developing better application processes. I no longer have to manage many spreadsheets at once for each partner since I can establish client/partner portals from the complete database. I can also quickly run various audit points on our data than HubSpot's reporting tools enable.
The worst customer support ever!

The automations and integrations available.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer support. Kris was the absolute worst to deal with and is why I decided to cancel. Unbelievably rude.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me primarily by keeping track of content production for our team. However, if you run into issues, support is a nightmare to deal with.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an excellent project management application; I can collect pertinent information from customers in order to finish projects and then allocate them to my team members. The nice part about Airtable is that you can start constructing and changing later: if you alter any fields or data types later, they will update dynamically. Airtable is a very accessible and simple-to-use platform for numerous people; we have used it for internal CRM and database systems, and it is as aesthetically appealing as it is functional.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is room for development in the forms part to make them more configurable in their design; if this were the case, I would be more inclined to embed an Airtable form on a website. It may be difficult to get everyone on the same page about how to use the systems Airtable provides, so additional documentation to assist optimize the tools available would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable makes it easier for me to manage projects; I can give various tasks to my team members, and the Kanban view helps me to keep track of pending work for myself and my team members. Airtable encourages cooperation and information centralization while maintaining secrecy; access may be controlled for those who require it, and there are several chances for data management that are not available through other platforms or internal systems inside our firm.
Simple application for surveys and event invitations
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly, simple, streightforward responding to survey requests and event invitations
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to be able to add events to calendar directly. I would like to have more options on the events invitations as well. Not sure these are the user's choice or not incorporated by the app.

Various invitations are sent via airtable. Surveys are also sent to small and big groups. It seems to be incorporating in many apps like slack
