Great for marketers!
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable was a great addition to my workflow as it allowed me to visualize ideas and keep organized. It helped to keep clients involved in the planning process and to collaborate with us. I could easily share calendars and ideas with just one link or adding them directly to boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a bit of a learning curve with understanding how it works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a marketer it helped me to keep content communication in one place. I could organize my month, get approvals from clients and keep track of my progress all in one place.

Not your ordinary spreadsheet
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can customized my lists and organize the input data based on my preferences. It has a variet of layout designs that which helps the user to have a clearer visibility and understanding of the information being showed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just like any other data management tool, at the start, setting up the bases and customizing the field types and workflows can be a bit overwhelming. It can be time-consuming to learn the interface but totally worth it once you get the hang of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It serves as an all-in-one source of information of my tasks or customer's data. Using those information, I can create reports based on the dashboard being displayed. It empowers sound analysis and judgement supported with numbers and facts.

What do you like best about the product?
Ah, Airtable is like a life saver. As a project manager Airtable has contributed in collaborating with immense ease and it was one of the easiest tool to implement. Not only it is helping us with customer support related items by adding tickets and is being used on a daily basis. we have also done integration of airtable with zendesk.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would not strongly say that it is something i dislike, but i am not fond of the option that each inidividual user is not able to set their own filter in the view. If one filter is applied by any user it makes the change across all users which is a bit frustrating.

Airtable is solving our organizational challenges by providing a flexible platform for managing data, projects, and workflows. Its versatility, customization options, real-time collaboration features, integration capabilities, and accessibility benefit users by improving efficiency, organization, and productivity in various aspects of their work.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to customize the database and use as you wish. Airtable will allow you and team members to work together on the same project at the same time. You can also integrate it with other tools like slack which is great for communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only used Airtable for one project which and it fulfilled our needs. Therefore, we had no stand out negative experience with the app

Because Airtable allows integration of communication tools like Slack, your teamates will always be in the loop. It also allows persons to work simultaneously on a task which increases efficiency.

Fantastic UX/UI. It is easy to pick up and implement your custom solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited to their style and theme. While clean, it's very playful and hard to make as professional/austere as I'd like.

I organize everything in AirTable. From simple lists to complex workflows like all employees outstanding tasks from design to production.

Almost too customizeable, sometimes it was hard to tell where to start or what we SHOULD be using it for vs COULD be using it for.

Great Product for Database Starters
What do you like best about the product?
For people starting to use databases, it is the best option. Ease of integration and application on other tools. And works really well as a project management tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the capabilities are limited, therefore take a big learning curve for people not used to managing databases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a quick solution for creating a database for our own developed system. We saved a lot of time.

I use Airtable to track tasks, deadlines, and progress on projects, making it easier for my team to stay organized and on track.
An upgrade of Google Sheets
What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly AirTable can be and of course, the aesthetics. I use AirTable to manage my client information, client processes, projects, KPIs, personal finances, and content management. It's pretty intense and incredible as to how I'm able to use it for so many different purposes. And I would say that it was pretty easy to start with, and I didn't need to reach out to the support team or look for templates to help set it up for what I needed it to do. I use it very regularly, so I keep it pinned to my taskbar and is a part of my opening sequence in the morning. I have it integrated with Gmail so when my content is ready to publish, it send me the email on the day that it's planned and I literally just copy and paste. But it's also a really great reminder and alternative to social media scheduling apps since I prefer to manually post on my own anyways. I also integrate it with my coaching platform, Practice Better, so that when I get new clients, they're easily added into my client information tables.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there are two downsides for me: Interface and the lack of Docs. The interface section was difficult to learn, and I think if I knew how to use it, it would probably be a cool feature but it's SO hard. And in my business, I use a lot of templates to streamline my workflow but I needed a note section or doc feature and AirTable doesn't have that. I've tried just writing it into a cell but it doesn't give the same aesthetics and it's hard to navigate in that sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having 99% of my systems in one app which has been helpful in cutting down the time spent on everything else as a solopreneur.
