One of the best software for organizing business workflows.
What do you like best about the product?
It is an excellent project management application; I can collect pertinent information from customers in order to finish projects and then allocate them to my team members. The nice part about Airtable is that you can start constructing and changing later: if you alter any fields or data types later, they will update dynamically. Airtable is a very accessible and simple-to-use platform for numerous people; we have used it for internal CRM and database systems, and it is as aesthetically appealing as it is functional.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is room for development in the forms part to make them more configurable in their design; if this were the case, I would be more inclined to embed an Airtable form on a website. It may be difficult to get everyone on the same page about how to use the systems Airtable provides, so additional documentation to assist optimize the tools available would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable makes it easier for me to manage projects; I can give various tasks to my team members, and the Kanban view helps me to keep track of pending work for myself and my team members. Airtable encourages cooperation and information centralization while maintaining secrecy; access may be controlled for those who require it, and there are several chances for data management that are not available through other platforms or internal systems inside our firm.

Simple application for surveys and event invitations
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly, simple, streightforward responding to survey requests and event invitations
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to be able to add events to calendar directly. I would like to have more options on the events invitations as well. Not sure these are the user's choice or not incorporated by the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Various invitations are sent via airtable. Surveys are also sent to small and big groups. It seems to be incorporating in many apps like slack
It is ok, but not exactly what we need
What do you like best about the product?
It helps build and keep track of certain projects
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not helpful for what we need and the projects we build or process-driven items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was a place to keep a full list of job boards and share the with the team.
It has helped our workflow evolve to increase efficiency.
What do you like best about the product?
The relational databases in Airtable are the most valuable; they help me link my data as I work with it, the automations transform the way I do things on a daily basis, it is endlessly adaptable and expandable, but structured enough to guarantee that only we are producing meaningful and vital data. I particularly appreciate Airtable organizing features and ease of use, which has led to the migration of numerous data sources from Excel to Airtable, and I can't recommend it enough.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one drawback of Airtable is the comments option; I want just comments from me would surface, i.e. if someone mentions me, it would lessen clutter. When you use something as frequently as we do, it's easy to identify minor but significant ways to enhance it. When views are hidden, unlike in Excel, it might be difficult to determine which columns and so on are not visible, making the procedure a bit more challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable enables me to link data points within my system; I enjoy creating forms and sending them directly to one of the databases. Airtable serves as the central center for all of our information; every project we work on begins and finishes with Airtable, allowing us to track every aspect of our work. Thanks to its organizational aspects, account mapping, constant monitoring of account sentiment, and adding comments, it achieves this in a straightforward and natural way for any type of team member, independent of expertise.
Airtable: Easy Database

What do you dislike about the product?
Actually i dont know. I just use Airtable in Softr and didnt have any concern or problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Aritable, we can build "database" but its so simple to use, just like we use spreadsheet or something else but they can integration with another apps.
The best free table software for all propuse
What do you like best about the product?
About Airtable I like that is a online software that I can use for work, projects and everyday issues, for example if I'm working on my vacation budget but at the same time I want to have an space to keep my clients info. You can use it for everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the table view is a bit limited sometimes although you can have different views, it is a very strict way of work, not for a fluid workflows or creative minds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable helps me when I want to use tables because I Kinda dislike software like Excel. In that situation I use Airtable, also because it works good in online work situations.
Improves workflow and helps distribute workload, task lists and projects.
What do you like best about the product?
It assists me in organizing all of the projects I'm monitoring and detailing, as well as keeping track of different work lists for each project. I like how Airtable is simple to use and offers lovely colors for color coding different activities and projects. I really like the filtering and grouping features, as well as the flexibility to build many views to examine the same list in different ways. It has a good UI/UX, I like it when I open the app and it runs quickly on my iPhone, and collaborative use is really useful in my work with my peers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many things I dislike about Airtable, except that it can get a little pricey with numerous team members, it's a little sluggish on Android at times, which I believe is a development issue, and when I open a new tab, I can't see the lower buttons, which is inconvenient for the equipment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is assisting me in organizing all of my pending work and keeping track of all of the projects that have been allocated to me. Airtable also assists in keeping the entire team updated so that information is not lost or forgotten. Airtable helps me to keep connected with my team members and see what work they have completed and what work they still have pending for business and work. We can access data more quickly and easily than with Excel, and we can discuss it without leaving the program, which increases team productivity and magnifies it by around two times.
Great tool for managing team projects.
What do you like best about the product?
Combine the visual style of Excel with database-like capability; it's incredibly easy to use and provides for a significant lot of customization via formals, scripts, an ecosystem of extensions, and pre-built choices. Airtable is an innovative and user-friendly workplace that enables coworkers to work together remotely and combines multiple third-party apps and data sources to manage and organize their work on the go. a shared workspace.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be customized, although certain modification capabilities are limited. For example, scripts are quite versatile, but a button-initiated script has more scripting features than an automated script. Airtable's shortcuts and user interface differ from those of Excel and Google Sheets, so it takes some getting used to but works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really powerful and allows users to dig into the nitty-gritty of data manipulation without the obstacles of having to learn how to set up a server or a distinct coding language. I'm using it as a backend for a no-code site builder extension. Airtable assists my team in planning, managing, organizing, and iterating on instructional design projects. The platform allows us to link storyboard papers, photos, and media assets to share with the product owner and receive immediate feedback. Airtable improves workgroup dynamics, shortens the design/production process, allows for effective remote operations, and provides an easy-to-use dashboard for even the most junior team members. In our business, we utilize Airtable to track leads, and we have our task management system built into Airtable, with all updates notified as a message to our Slack channel.
A bit confusing to navigate and drill down task and descriptions.
What do you like best about the product?
Cloud solution, easy to share across locations
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to drill-down, details aren't easily visible
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning and project management
The best software for managing multiple projects.
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable, in my opinion, is a better option to Google Sheets since it has more advanced capabilities that allow you to see and use your data in different ways based on the filters you choose, simplifying your job. I admire your organizational skills; you can alter data with easily without losing any of it, and each of your price levels provides a lot of value. The best aspect is that Airtable can be easily connected to a variety of different apps and has its own built-in automation tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because of its complexity, Airtable has a longer learning curve, but the value it adds to process mapping is well worth it. Excel instructions for cleaning and analyzing data feel more intuitive and natural to me. The mobile application is difficult to use; I believe it loses some of the aesthetics that it had in its web version, making navigation difficult; it has many function and sub-function layers that can confuse the cells; they should look for a design that is a little more clear to the eye so the screen isn't so cluttered with information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It offers numerous organizing choices that allow us to swiftly and simply keep track of any event or project; it also allows teams of any size to handle projects, clients, and ideas from a single spot. It allows me to keep organized by storing all of my data in one location where I can share portions with people who require them. Airtable has proven to be a useful asset since it combines numerous technological platforms and data sources into one, saving money and making procedures easier to execute and iterate throughout the enterprise. Instead of juggling changes across several systems, we simply need to alter the infrastructure of one platform using Airtable.
